Red Lion Hotel Pendleton

Location and rooms were very clean. No one at the front desk in the morning as I left so no receipt for me of proof of payment.. Bad

Hot tub wasn’t open. Lounge wasn’t open. Breakfast wasn’t that great.

The hotel is very large and rooms are big. One whole wall is a window/sliding door. Curtains are massive and not sure how often curtains are opened. We opened them and there were cobwebs and bugs in corners. Other than that, bed and pillows were comfortable. Close to freeway. I would stay again.

From what we've noticed over the last 5 years, this Red Lion has gone down hill. From the check in, where the clerk was somewhat snarky, to that the restaurant and bar wasn't open. The whole place needs some updating and maintenance.

When we checked in, it was obvious that someone had been on the bed. Went into the bathroom and found a previous guest's urine on the toilet seat. Went to take a shower and there was a previous guest's used band-aid stuck to the grab bar. The front desk considered refunding a portion of our charges but said that they could not do so since we paid through booking.com

The "Buffet" was a joke. Worse then a continental breakfast. Everything was cold. The staff a check in was rude. Check out staff not much better. The room was disgusting had a chair that was very old and was very stained and gross. The bathroom was disgusting and the bottom of the toilet had not been cleaned in quite awhile. Had pee everywhere. The carpet was very old and stained. The vent in bathroom had so much caked on dirt. If you pay through a third party they put you in the worse rooms that they have. Others get put in the updated rooms. We even complained and she only gave 25 dollar credit. Will not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. For the amount of money you have to pay to stay its so not worth the money.

Good location, clean and the front desk person was very helpful and nice during check in. Breakfast was a little limited and not hot but overall pretty ok.

If you want in room coffee, be prepared to carry a tray of the coffeemaker and all its components, plus the coffee & condiments back to your room. Coffee is available only by request. When they gave me the coffeemaker, I found the two cups with it were both coffee stained. They replaced the cups. Out of curiosity, I ran the coffeemaker through one cycle with no coffee in it. I've done this with mine at home, and the water comes out a little coffee stained. This came out almost as dark as a strong tea. I elected not to have the in room coffee. There is quite the build up of dirt in the corners of the bathroom as well as on the hinges of the door - yes, I took photographs. The breakfast did have some regular pork sausage in contrast to those places that for some reason serve pulled pork or other silly breakfasts. Breakfast was the nicer part of our stay.

I thought the owners had made great strides since our last visit several years ago. Had a nice clean room with all the accoutrements working and in great shape. Staff was cordial and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. Great experience.

Property is very quiet and well kept outside, lobby and room. Room is big and clean. Bed was comfy and not worn or sunk. Bath clean. I’ve stayed here few times a year last 7yrs or so driving from Salt Lake City. Staff always welcoming and nice.

Stayed here several times over the past 2 years. Have recommended to friends. Will stay again . The staff is always friendly and helpful. Red Lion Pendleton is a well priced for the location. Cannot beat the view from the pool area. The breakfast is lacking. Coffee or juice . Once again the view is top notch from the dining/ breakfast facility.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offerings were skimpy. Overall appearance was tired.

Very patient with customer service at checking in. The pool could've been a little warmer n hot tub was not working other then that the location was very easy assecible to downtown...could have had extra set of towels for 2 people each since no room service unless requested..but our stay was very good and quiet...thank you..

Love the very spacious rooms. Everything was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is convenient and I enjoyed the scenery - especially at the pool area. Very much appreciated the breakfast that was available this year.
