Red Lion Hotel Pendleton

Place is old and showing it's age. Hot tub broken. Pool not really usable due to wildfire smoke. Lounge and bar closed. Staff was not the most friendly. Fees charged to card are unnecessary since you get them back. breakfast was ok but nothing special. All in all, a mediocre experience

Amazing views from our room and brunch.

For the price, there are much better options. The room was dirty, the carpet seemed as if it had been a long time since it had been vacuumed as there was food crumbs all over. The bathroom had just a small, partial roll of toilet paper, the bathtub was full of what looked like pubic hair and heavy scum line. The refrigerator would freeze over then thaw out leaving my “to go” food containers from dinner soaking wet and soggy.

The room was clean and comfortable and decently aportioned. There were no USB plugs to be found, so bring your charger bases. The free breakfast was fresh, had a nice vatiety, and comes with a great view of thevariety.

The shower was disgusting. The shower curtain had molded when I asked to be moved to a different room. They wouldn’t accommodate me. The lady at the front desk was very rude. And said the best they can do was replace the shower curtain .

Perfect place for a single night stop over. Friendly staff. Dated rooms but for the price was just fine. Quiet. Beds comfortable.

Excellent checking simple and easy

General property was fine. Room definitely needed some TLC. Carpet stained in several places, bathroom had some mold on shower ceiling, wallpaper peeling, shower squealed even when we tried to adjust it. Area around door beat up. A little paint would go a long way.

The entire building was hot. In the lobby. In the hallways. In the breakfast area. They had no coolers of waters or sodas to purchase. The breakfast was stale and old. When I called to verify reservations it took over an hour to reach them because no one would answer the phone.

Disappointed to discover no coffee maker in the room.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very poor. The potatoes were little previous frozen pucks. Some of the potatoes were very hard. I don't know if they set to long or over cooked.

Based on the website, I thought I booked a great place to stay only to find out the restaurant/bar is temporarily closed, the hot tub was covered by plywood undergoing repairs, the workout equipment had an Out of Order sign and chunks of ceiling tiles were missing. Disappointed

Beds are comfy, but rooms are out dated.. no coffee maker or micro, but had a mini fridge. Has breakfast in AM, but bar and diner is closed permanently so disappointing there. Staff is awesome but for 130-175 a night depending on you needs is just an OK place overall..

Great views, picture perfect, from breakfast room

Made a quick trip to the store to get more clorox wipes and spray to be able to sleep. Very overpriced for the old, not updated room. Dust, dirt, yuck and cobwebs everywhere. We called and requested an extra sheet (to cover chair to sit down) and extra towels (we had 2) and she rudely said "what? You dont have towels or sheets in your room? And then she couldn't hear me (?) So hung up. Called our friend an "axxhole" when he asked for a different room (there's was worse then ours!) We found housekeeping and got our own towels and sheets. I woke up to a toenail that wasn't ours on the unvaccumed, outdated (early 90's) carpet. The railings on the "porch" are a serious safety hazard. Peeling wallpaper, unkempt (not had a decent vacuuming in years) Restaurant and bar not open. I'm not sure where the people that gave the positive reviews before stayed otherwise, but this place needs to close and update, one wing at a time Seriously concider sleeping in your car before you book. Sooo dissatisfied.

The check in staff was efficient, friendly, and courteous. The room and bed were very comfortable, and pool veiw is lovely. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is conveniently located for travel, and reasonably priced compared to others nearby.

Outdoor pool is nice. Hot tub was under construction. Overall stay was good.

Rooms were tidy and clean, old carpets. Could hear some noise from adjacent rooms beside and above. Good location for freeway access. A couple gas station mini marts and one restaurant nearby. 5 - 10 minute drive to shopping and other restaurants.
