The price. Holiday Inn is no better than other hotels along that section, yet their prices are usually 5 times higher.

Clean , semi updated and friendly staff just didn’t carry any beer in the cooler.

Staff was available to provide an extra blanket and towels. Breakfast was very good. Refrigerator in the room never got cold enough to put food in. Bathroom door was very squeaky, so kind of noisy in the middle of the night to close.

I liked the set up in the room and the location was close to town. Friendly staff and it was quiet.

The shower was amazing here. It felt like a filtered high-end shower hot tub could have been updated and cleaner

Water pressure in the room is just ok and hot water ran out a couple times. Pillows and bedding was very comfortable, but beds have spring mattresses that made our backs sore by morning. Pool was frigid, so cold that it hurt your skin. Also, it seemed over-chlorinated. They're also still renovating, although it seems to be nearing completion. The luggage cart is desperately in need of a good cleaning. Good view of mountains from the room. It's definitely an ok hotel, but not sure if we'd stay again.

The late night staff could not book a reservation properly and took forty minutes to check us in after charging us twice. We didn't get to our room until 1am and woke late so we missed breakfast. When trying to resolve the issue in the morning no one was around and the manager was gone so we are forced to go to our credit cards for fixing the staff mistake. Taking a black light to the room we found the typical spots missed like the wall behind the toilet and the carpet in front of the fridge but nothing unusual. I would stay in hermiston next time.

We have stayed at several hotels in Pendleton and this one has so far been our fav. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of room. It was very clean and I also liked the Dove soap they had. The location was great, peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again.
