The staff was extremely helpful! For an older facility, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the place. The room where the Continental Breakfast was served is quaint, but the quality of the offerings leaves a lot to be desired.

clean, friendly desk person, I’m disabled and had to climb the stairs to get to the room with two beds. We didn’t stop in for breakfast so i can’t say anything about it.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! I felt welcome as soon as I walked into the office. The person was ready for me and provided ample information about how to find my room, where to get breakfast in the morning (and what hours it was open), and how to obtain other amenities like ice. When I came back later to get ice, a different employee saw me coming and was ready with ice for me as I walked in the door. I didn't have any other needs, but I have the sense that anything would have been handled smoothly and with a smile. My room was exceptionally clean and the AC blocked out the floor creaking noises from when folks in the upstairs room would walk around (think old house with wooden floors type of creaking--nothing loud or horrible). If I'm ever passing through again, this is the place I would stay.

I like that you have to use a key to get inside to the hallways for the inner rooms so it feels safer. The breakfast was great. Provided fresh soft bagels and a waffle maker, and name brand coffee creamer. It's been the same receptionist all 3 times and he's very nice. You can tell that they take pride in their hotel and really take care of it.

Suprisingly pretty quiet, even though your right by a busy road & a train track. Beds & pillows were a little firm, but not bad. The breakfast was ok. There was fruit, breads & muffins, a waffle maker, coffee, a couple cereal options, yogurt, & hard boiled eggs. Thete is a window a/c and it did an ok job. It was nice to also have a desk fan to blow air throughout the room. Room was plenty big and nice. The bathroom was nice also. Easy check in & out. Staff were very nice. For an older place, they are doing well at keeping it kept up. Beds & pillows were a little firm for me & my wife. This is my highest priority. I want to sleep well & comfy while on vaca.

I have enjoyed this property year after year as we stop on our way to the coast. The property is older but very well maintained. It reminds me of childhood trips when we stayed with cherished family in their homes. It is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast selection is good.

Well kept up older facility with charm. It was very hot when we were there and the breakfast area wasn’t air conditioned which would have been helpful. The air conditioning unit in the room worked well.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We took a shuttle easy to the casino just a few miles away.

Close proximity to location, comfortable rooms, accommodating staff!

This was a very pleasant stay with no negative issues at all. It's well-kept with easy parking and is very close to to downtown Pendleton. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom and was well-lit which means a lot when you have work to do!

Our room was small and cute. The breakfast area was very small and with not many options. Also no ice machine. You had to go to front desk for ice, which wasn't always open.
