Reviews

Amazing staff and hotel.
-
Rooms are clean and spacious, right off the freeway and close to town. Great location
-
All the staff were really friendly and helpful.
-
On the positive side, the room and bedding were clean, and the check-in agent was pleasant. However, the condition of the facility does not match the room price. Improvements and upkeep have been deferred. Storage pods crowd the parking on the east side. Toilet seat is barely large enough to be adequate.

It was calm and a great spot to rest and get back on the road. The hot tub wasn’t working and also the breakfast didn’t have much of a variety.

Close to everything Not clean

Very good
-
Hot tub broken as usual, coffee machine dirty and missing parts needs updated

Check-in was super easy, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was small but had enough options to make everyone happy and a staff member was actively manning it making sure things were well stocked. Some things to note: the external door to the parking lot remains unlocked all the time. As a mom who often travels solo with her teen daughter, this was a bit of a concern. While the room was very clean, the carpet did look ready to be updated and the shower curtain did smell mildew-y. I would say, overall, the room was overpriced for the amount of updating needed and the safety concern. However, it was completely sufficient for a one night stay to rest up before getting on the road.

It looked like there might have been some remodeling going on as there were some containers in the parking lot.

The desk clerk was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Great breakfast included. Kinda expensive

No elevator . If you aren’t’ staying on the first floor you will be forced to lug every single piece of. Luggage you need up to the one of the next few floors. Whatever happened to the Americans Withdrawal Disabilities Act? The corners of the hotel were by the doors dirty. The whirlpool was heated but the jets did not work… so much for a relaxing time.

Breakfast The air conditioner was not working well. It was quite warm. When I spoke to the front desk I was told the maintenance person was out of town and would not be back until 10pm, that the room we could move to was more money and the manger would not be back for two days.it was late, we had a long drive and were very tired - there was nothing to do but sleep in a poorly cooled room.room (105) we will not be back.

Great location for a one night stay. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Pillows were paper thin and hard
