Well maintained.

The breakfast was good and had alot of choices.

Great central location for my visit. Hotel was very clean, good variety for breakfast and nice and quiet at night, minus the room AC that had an awful blower. Would definitely stay again.

Centrally located to the parkways museums and attractions

It was very comfortable and convenient for our visit. The room was fresh, clean and updated. The breakfast was good and the waffles were perfect.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and could not have been more pleasant. Their suggestions were spot on. Breakfast was exceptionally good

Clean room.

This stay was fine overall, and my room was clean. The issue I encountered was due to my own mistake. I arrived much earlier than expected after driving from South Carolina. Since I already had a reservation for later that day, I asked if it would be possible to check into a different room immediately and simply be charged for the previous night’s stay. I made it clear that I was not asking to change or modify my existing reservation—only to be placed in another available room and billed accordingly. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a misunderstanding. I was repeatedly told that my reservation could not be adjusted, even though I explained several times that I was not requesting any changes to my reservation. This process began around 4:00 a.m. When I arrived, the doors were locked, so I spoke with the front desk through the exterior phone. I was told there was nothing that could be done until 7:00 a.m. I returned at that time, and I was then told that getting a room immediately would cost approximately $2,000. At that point, I declined and asked them to leave my reservation as it was. I understand that my request was last-minute, and I recognize that accommodations cannot always be made. However, the hotel did not appear to be fully booked, and I was hoping for a little more flexibility or at least a more helpful explanation.

Free breakfast and house keeping and very friendly staff

We rated our stay as Okay only because the room seemed unusually small for Hampton, with my wife commenting she felt almost claustrophobic. Our only other issue was that there was no mobile phone signal within our room. Very odd! Tested our phones in the lobby, hallway and directly outside our room door, and had signal. Soon as we were in our room, nothing. It was a little disconcerting, especially because we were in town with multiple family members and not able to communicate from within our own room.

The room I got was not properly sealed. Ants invaded in the evening and were swarming all over my dog's food dish. The ants were prone to bite, which kept my dog from eating (of course she wasn't interested in eating ants either). This was no bueno.

Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people. The hotel suggested i contact Expedia and they would support a refund but without notice I didn't have any other last minute options to book a new hotel. So disappointed that i paid $740 for 2 night for a room that would have cost me less than $500. Shame on Expedia for false advertisement. The hotel said they had been having problems with 3rd party bookings.

Everyone was polite and helpful. The fitness room was good as well for a quick workout.

Very solid stay

Room was not cleaned at all. Ants were all over the bathroom floor along with hair. Pillows were stained. Debris/stains were on the carpet floor. When we asked for another room we were told none were available. However, on the Expedia app it stated 4 rooms were available. The best they could do was spray the ants with bug spray. We left after about an hour. The positive we were refunded.
