Clean room, helpful.staff. Nice pool, it even has the handicap lift. I'm a night owl, used the snack area at 2 am, very nice, helpful staff.

Brandon at the front desk was incredibly helpful during our stay. He went out of his way to accommodate our unexpected early arrival and made the check-in process seamless. He also kindly made me a coffee in the café when no one else was available, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made a great first impression and were truly appreciated.

Everything about our room was fine. I appreciated the ironing board and iron since we were going out to a party that evening. We also were able to stay on the ground floor as we requested.

Location fine for our needs Air conditioner kept us awake blasting on and off all night. So annoying! We were there to sleep and we didn’t. Didn’t stay second night because of it and no refund as prepaid through third party or whatever. So disappointed!

No chargers for electronics - was shocked. And breakfast has been complimentary for any other hotel I have been in.

Advertises a bar. Doesn't really have a bar; just beer and wine.

Great location for my purpose. The hotel was very clean. Only complaints would be that the fitness center and the main part of the hotel were too hot. AC in the room worked great though

Nice room, comfortable bed. No nightlight in the bathroom, and not much ventilation either. Bistro is nice, especially in the evening. Starbucks is nice, but other hotels offer a free breakfast.

The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Every time we came inside we were greeted, and the brief wait we had at one point at the front desk was met with a maintenance person who quickly got a clerk without us asking. Josh in particular was so kind and went out of his way to assist us.

friendliness, but lack of quiet in bar as people brought their own wine and pizza while I spent 16.00 per glass of wine in an area where others brought food and drink and NOISE beyond belief unbearable noise in bar area with people bringing in their beverages and pizza while I spent 16.00 per glass of wine from hotel. AWFUL

Front desk staff were amazing! I would stay here again simply because of the staff and cleanliness of the room. We did have 2 outlets by the bed not work which caused us to not charge our electronics correctly.
