Location was great. Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely nice. Hats off to the ladies in the dining area. They were wonderful !

The breakfast included, was the best variety and food quality we’ve experienced, and again the food staff went above and beyond to provide. On a final note, but an enjoyable plus, was the popcorn and the cookies they provided in the afternoon. So yummy! We will recommend this hotel to anyone that we hear is traveling to Pensacola.

Yes, I had to wait an hour after my check-in time to get into my room. Several other customers were told we were waiting on sheets. After a long drive in, it was an annoyance when I just wanted to sleep.

Great one night stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel itself is actually ok. However, they do not control their parking lot at all. If you leave to go to dinner on a Friday or Saturday don’t plan on having any parking when you return. The folks that come downtown fill the lots. When I told the staff their response was “that doesn’t surprise me at all”. Additionally, the road noise is pretty disruptive well after midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Highly recommend this hotel for convenience to downtown events and restaurants. Not your average Holiday Inn Express - more upscale and boutiquey.

Location is great for a night out when you do t want to drive. We got in late and the front desk worker was very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast before we left. We will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival met with Friendly staff and fresh baked cookies and popcorn. Many channels available on television. It was a Quick walk to Saenger Theatre for our concert.
