La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Perry

The hallway carpet was dirty and the hallway and rooms didn’t smell clean. I previously stayed here before and the property was clean, but this stay was a turn off. I’m glad it was for only one night.

Room was sufficient for an over night stay. Hallway third floor smells musty, but overall it was fine.

Great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Great breakfast selections. I like that they had a yogurt dispenser to make your own parifait plus ALL day coffee 😊. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortabe. The one negative is that they were no handicap parking or I didn't see them. I parked in front of the building and didn't see any. I would still stay here agsin!! 💯 💜

Went and told a staff member how nasty our room was and she said someone was going to call me but we’ll see.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was great. Wood floors could be cleaner.

Arrived to our room, got all settled in for the night, my wife went to use the toilet. The toilet seat looked as if a poopy diaper had been dragged across the left side of the seat and it had harden. We just so happened to have some antibacterial wipes with us, so my wife cleaned the seat. If we had not been settled in our room, I would have asked to be moved to a room with a clean toilet. I left this information on my check-in review, as it is suppose to go to management, but we never heard anything back from them. Very disgusting for a cleaning person to leave a toilet seat in that condition.

Unfortunately in the early evening the smoke detector went off but it was a false alarm. The bathroom door did not completely close. Otherwise the room was very good with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good.

It was okay. Had to change room because the tub would not drain properly. The a/c in the 2md room was leaking.

Very clean! Wonderful breakfast! Staff was great!!!

Room had food stuck to the bed and carpet, it smelled like cigarette smoke and mold quite strongly. I do not recommend.
