Nothing. our reservations was cancelled the morning that we were to arrive. Staff said they had just go notification that the hotel was closing. We had to find another place to stay. There were three other parties with us that had to find another place to stay. Our reservations was cancelled the morning that we were to arrive. Room was clean. Staff was nice. My TV didn't work and the A/c didn't work

Location The room had a musty odor. Our room was not cleaned on Saturday. We had to take out our trash on Saturday. We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. The towels were very thin. The bath towels looked like pool towels.

It was clean and convenient to where my daughter lives now. Could use some new workout equipment, the treadmill belt was torn and the peloton bike’s screen was not connected properly to the platform.

Hotel needs renovation room was musty and cold and damp. Not a very good experience Complete renovation of this unit is required

For a change, no upfront 'incidental charges' were requested, which is becoming a norm with Hilton, and quite annoying. Location. I was driving from Florida towards Atlanta, and for whatever reason, it showed all other Hampton Inns on the way to be full - I very much doubt that, as when we passed them, there were not many cars. We drove an extra 100 miles on a long day.

Nothing. It was unsafe. It was dirty. It was uncomfortable. The staff was loud and they were rude.

Staff was very nice Shower was not very clean and had tile damage. One tile was missing near the shower head.

Easy to navigate Not a lot of parking in near entrance and the carpet in our room smelled a little like mildew

Nothing The guest services representative at the front desk was unwelcoming and rude. He refused to assist me with alternate solutions when my booking was incorrect due to a third party error. He was not accommodating at all to my situation. I was in town for my nephew’s wedding and was supposed to stay with the rest of my family at the same location. This employee’s lack of consideration was inexcusable and I was left to find an alternative solution for myself and two children at the last minute. Even though there were vacancies at this location, I refused to stay after being treated so horribly. Luckily, I was able to find another hotel that was close by in time to get ready for the event. My family that ended up staying there said I was lucky. They had filthy rooms and the plumbing was inoperable. My mother had to move rooms 3 times before finding one that was clean. I am very thankful I found another hotel. I will never make another reservation at a Hampton Inn again.

It was way over priced considering the condition of the place. The shower had mold in the corners, the wall of the shower had been thrown up over the existing wall. We were given the very last room at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor which was noisy.

Breakfast and location was desent. It rained while were staying. All the doors on the back side of the hotel were leaking, towels were placed on the inside bottom of the doors. One of our guest tripped over the towel when entering the building and fell. No warning signs were present. The next morning as we were walking down the hall large pieces of plaster was falling from the ceiling due to large leaks. The dining area also had a leak on one side of the room. The floor was drench with water and furniture was soaking wet. The one elevator is very small and slow. Only two people can ride with the luggage cart. We booked for 4 guest, the restroom contained 2 towels and 2 wash clothes.

Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. I just don't care for it and there aren't options for those who are on strict diet plans. Parking was limited or sketchy (a female traveling alone). overall it was an ok place.
