The one redeeming point for this hotel was the staff. All the staff I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. However one of my top priorities with a hotel is cleanliness and if that is what you are looking for, a clean room, then keep scrolling. It was disgusting! If this review allows pictures I will post a pic of a wash cloth that was supposed to be clean and if your thinking oh it was probably makeup stain well the large bath towels was stained too. Pink mildew in the shower. When I pulled back the fitted sheet and the mattresses pad cover to check for bedbugs, the cover that prevents bedbugs was stained brown possibly a coffee stain but it was disgusting.

Our stay at Avid was great. The staff was attentive and accommodating, Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient.

Clean room, comfortable bed & pillows. Property seemed to be somewhat minimalist compared to other chains we routinely visit, in this price range. Our shower door wouldn't close tightly, as it's hinge pin was sliding out: (I feared the large glass door may fall off while we were using it). OK stay & sound nights sleep.

The property and the room were clean and well maintained. It took a long time for the water to get hot in the shower, but it eventually got there. Hotel staff was friendly and my stay was enjoyable.
