The bed was comfortable. Dirty, terrible customer service, broken ice machine, broken sink handle, broken toilet seat, glass on parking lot, roaches,tub wouldn't drain, lights too dim, upstairs units were burned and boarded up.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. Their web site said coffee and tea was available, but there was none. The web site also said breakfast was included, but they said it was not. I tried to show the manager a screenshot showing breakfast was included. He refused to look at it. NO HOT WATER!

The location. Our room, had dried brown liquid running down the wall, 2 inch dia glob of dried food on the floor and the room stunk like food. The bathroom had dried toilet paper stuck to the floor no extra toilet paper. Clearly the bathroom had not been cleaned!

Dirty,crappie place is far from being a 3 star hotel did not want to sleep there but could not get a refund

location right off the interstate. Flood lights on outside our room all night long. Should be able to see this place from outer space.

Entrance door was taped with shipping tape and tissue stuffed in peephole. Wall behind and aside of TV has some sticky spray all up the wall. Next to refrigerator on floor a pile of something. There was no coffee machine and when I called was told that no one was in the office. Toilet paper holder filthy and less than 1/3 roll of toilet paper there. We have stayed there before and we're shocked this time about the condition. Think we lost a pair of sunglasses but lighting was so bad. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator works well.

Nothing They had bed bugs, the tub was stopped up and the staff was rude.

Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. When someone comes up to your wife and ask for money at a motel, that is a little intimidating. It happened to my wife when she was at the car. The room was for handicaps as I have rheumatoid arthritis and a 15" toilet is really to small for a handicapped person and a round toilet lid on an oblong toilet for two stays is a little cheap.

The location was good. It was easy to get off and on the interstate. The pool didn't have any water in it. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

Cockroach in the bathroom The shower/tub had clearly not been cleaned (someone's used soap was even still in there) There was no one working in the lobby when we needed to check out (at 730am). I called the number provided, and they said the lobby didn't open until 9am so they wouldn't be coming to check us out. I left the key in a drop area and hope they got it and don't try to charge me for anything extra. This was listed as a "genius" deal on booking.com. I would say that clearly missed the mark.
