I'll recommend the stay there to all of my family and friends was above and beyond

Nothing Walked into the room with strong must with the AC off, but nothing that couldn't be aired out. After opening the sliding back door (which the door lock didn't work, but had a jamb pole that did), I stumbled upon the portable 'dehumidity fire', which usually indicates the presence of mold. I go to check the sheets; one bed has fresh linen, while the other bed had been made up with dirty sheets. I quit counting individual hairs on the dirty sheets after I hit double digits. There were no bath towels, but we had wash clothes. The shower tub had not been cleaned since the last guest, as the used soap and wrapper were still in the shower. The floors has not been cleaned in months after further inspection, as there were film on the entire floor and 5-6 small piles of what appeared to be gypsum dust from sanding. After further inspection outside the room, the ice makers didn't work, hot tub didn't work, and we were scared to get in the pool because lord knows who was managing the water treatment. We ended up going down the street to stay elsewhere.

Room was clean, staff very friendly, area felt safe. This was my second visit here, both time was for two nights. First time the lock on the sliding door was broken so we had to wedge it shut. Second time the ice machine was broken. For the price and friendly staff I would stay again if I'm back in the area.

The check in person was super nice just didn't understand him. Willing to help. There was no breakfast except cereal. Had a waffle maker just no stuff to put in waffle maker. The pool was dirty. The beds were super hard and uncomfortable.

Nothing Was not where I thought it was

This is an older hotel however it is very clean and well maintained. The bed was decently comfortable. Parking was excellent and no problem. The air conditioner was not on in the room when we arrived, but once turned on, it cooled the room very quickly . Check-in took a little longer than expected, but no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Sketchy staff, took pictures with their phone of my card, room was covered in roaches. We left after seeing the room

Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross
