All was good with room and staff

Room was nice and clean, though one of the towels was stained. Staff was very kind and helpful. Biggest complaint was the continental breakfast, which was just a tray of the Special K 100 calorie pastry crisps. Very disappointing, especially after specifically booking this property because breakfast was advertised.

I paid for two nights' accommodation and arrived at 5 a.m. the following day, but they refused to check me in, claiming I should have arrived the day before. I asked for a refund, but they didn't give me anything back! A horrible experience with this hotel.

Hotel was showing its age. The first room we were assigned had an extremely loud dying fan on the AC and it smelled. The replacement room was much better but still musty.

We had to leave at around 11:30 pm last night because that’s when the bed bugs came out . My husband noticed the first one in the bed then we noticed a few on the wall . They were coming out from behind a wall sconce. We notified the front staff and got a refund, but you could tell by their reaction that they knew about them already. Stay away!!

The stay was good but they WiFi service is trash they need a new provider other than that good stay

On the road and need a room for the night? This will do.. clean and safe for the price.

There was no breakfast. Just coffee and juice. They have protein bar that to out of stock at 8.30 AM. Breakfast timing is 7 to 10AM. Had problem to access internet and that to just working only for one device. I never prefer to stay anymore.

Didn’t even waste my time attempting to see the breakfast . Comfortable bed , great water pressure! No bugs ! Great for the price

Location is right off the highway. There was absolutely nothing to like at this hotel. Sheets were stained only to switch rooms and those were stained too. There were no amenities at all ex iron, coffee pot, ice bucket not even a plastic laundry bag. No bells or whistles! They advertise that they have breakfast but their idea of breakfast was coffee and syrupy sweet juice. For almost a $100, this place is just ridiculous so buyer beware.

No Wi-Fi, if you’re going there just to sleep it’s OK. The amenities were empty. The exhaust fan was broken. The AC did not work.

Breakfast consisted of one granola bar. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk. He laughed.

The property looks sketchy, but it's not. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV was nice size & many channels. There is no breakfast other than coffee & juice & crunchy granola bars. The wifi is not good.

A breakfast was supposedly included, but it was only a granola bar, orange juice and not good coffee. The people who work there are kind, informative and hard working—they deserve a better facility to run.

You can do better! It was late at night and check-in was slow (the employee was waiting for someone else to arrive who was late to work and did not want to log out and log back into the computer). I paid for the room in full before I arrived, and then I was asked for a $60 deposit when I arrived. I understand taking a card at check in "for incidentals" - but this guy asked me for $60 cash that would be returned in the morning!? Shady! I gave him a card. There is a $60 charge on my card from the hotel - still there after several days. The place is run-down on the outside, but the room was pretty clean (aside from the tub - see photos) and was remodeled. The bed was comfortable. There was noise all night in the parking lot and folks hanging outside their rooms. I think folks are there long-term? I travel across the country every summer and have lots of experience with reasonably-priced (cheap) hotels and many favorites that I return to. This is one that I will not return to!
