Comfortable beds, decent breakfast, and plenty of space Cold pool and undue cost of breakfast

Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. The people in the restaurant were most attentive. When we arrived the person at the desk was not helpful at all. She didn’t tell us where anything was located or the facilities that were available etc. She seemed bothered that we were checking in. On checking out a different person was on the desk and was not helpful either. Would not recommend this hotel. Hallways had dust along the walls. Really not worth the money.

Also, pool was very dirty and cold. The water wasn't dirty, but you can clearly see dirty, grime and discoloration on the tiles in the pool.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was great, the manager can't remember her name and the night clerk Matt. Breakfast was nice as well. Would return for another stay.

Nice upgrade Most power cords are USB C not A

The front staff was very attentive to us. We were there due to a death in the family, and they upgraded our room to make things easier.

Loved the bombfire Pool was dirty. The water was filthy

Clean location

Staff. Not very friendly and the first room we got was a king when we had requested a queen double with a crib. So we had to schlep our things and the 4 month up to the rooms twice. Staff did not seem concerned. Had to show drivers license, give phone number again for the second room. Staff was sitting in main lobby eating yake out. Not very professional.

It was a very relaxing and quiet stay

The rooms are very quiet.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location provides easy access to sites in rhe area. The staff is very helpful. The night we ate in their restaurant, the service was slow.

Clean room.

Location was great. Very friendly staff. We were put into the wrong room at first and wasn't caught until later evening. But the guy was very apologetic and gave us free breakfast vouchers. All the vents in the rooms were dirty and our final room, there was mold around the vent towards the ceiling in the bedroom.

Great stay

Matt was the most disgusting person I’ve encountered at a front desk. He seemed uninterested in helping and was not friendly at all. He also took his finger and dug food out of the back of his mouth while standing at the desk checking me in. The hotel itself was far superior to any other HIE I’ve visited. It was clean and beautiful designed.

Comfort of bed and pillows in King room was excellent. Shower pressure was great. Clean and updated room (5-9-2026). Many places to charge phones. Closet/open cabinet area was spacious. Dark and quiet room for sleeping. Nice to have free coffee in lobby. It would have been nice to have real cream instead of coffee mate creamer. CHECK-IN: The only person there to check us in was unprofessional in his manners and in his dress. (I thought he was a maintenance man.) He was sitting on the couch watching tv in the open lounge area. He didn't immediately come to the counter. I even got my phone out, thinking I needed to call the Holiday Inn number. He then went behind the counter but did not turn towards us or greet us. (He was eating.) Without eye contact, he asked for my credit card and ID. Still no greeting. He swiped my credit card at least 15 times, NOT exaggerating! We offered to swipe it on our side, but he said that it didn't work. He ended up typing my number in. THEN, he said, "Hi, my name is Matt. Welcome to Holiday Inn. Here are the keys to your room." That was it. Very bizarre. The tissues and toilet paper were not the soft kind, if that's important to you. For the price of $179, we were very disappointed in our check-in experience. (CHECK-OUT: Checking out the 2 ladies were regular, friendly, and professional people.)

Decent property, the room had a horrible smell though.
