Very very good all in all ..just needs a fan exhaust in bathroom and better water pressure/volume in shower.. but awesome bath wash, shampoo 👍

Hotel needs a refresh. Furniture has damage, restaurant chairs very worn. Breakfast is no comparison to how it used to be.

Good location

I have stayed at this property for years and it was always excellent. However, the property has aged poorly and needs a remodel in the worst way. The carpet in the lobby area was worn out, torn, and dirty though the staff tried like heck to clean it. They also sprang a $10 per day parking charge on us for the first time though it was not listed on hotels.com in the description. Staff just said, oh well, when I questioned it. The breakfast buffet was cold and bland and I only ate there once because of this. We actually had to immediately change rooms the first night because the unit sounded like a jet engine when we walked in. But, the worst thing was that the shower would actually stop running water right in the middle of the shower (and I shower fast). It would eventually restart but I surely didn't know that the first time and was trying to figure out how to get the soap off. I complained to the staff and the answer was we know we have issues when the hotel is full (but the first day it wasn't full). I'm done staying here and feel like the price was exhorbitant for the actual experience.
