Great staff hospitality

Front desk staff also friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed here back in 2022 and definitely loved it. This time, I’m not sure I would come back. The carpet in my room (330) was stained horribly and there are several carpet stains in the hallways as well. My room shades were also damaged and missing the curtain. So as the sun went down I was able to see people directly in the parking lot. Also was able to see people in the hotel across the parking lot.

Great location! I was on my way to NY and this was a great place to stay because I could park the truck and walk to a great selection of eateries.

Location Outlet in bathroom didn't work, no shade in windows, brown splatter on bathroom walls.

Let’s put it this way. It was so bad I didn’t even stay the night there and went somewhere else.

Staff are amazing and very professional and helpful. The only downside was the noise of fan and the function of HVAC.. It was freezing cold and I was not able to set the thermostat. I was planning to stay two more days but I did not stay due to the HVAC situation.

The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is great, sitting near a shopping center complex with many restaurants in walking distance. I didn't notice any road noise while in my room. Breakfast was convenient and a good way to start the day.

Average hotel breakfast, we all know what we’re getting into. Room decent nothing great. Staff always on site to assist.

We particularly liked the choice of furnishings-clean, simple, but more conveniently used than others. Front desk clerks were super. Handled the many very active children there in a professional manner, were very polite and helpful. One negative, our window blind did not function properly, so we had too much light thru the night and did not sleep well.
