When we checked in there was a very nice reception person, but there was also another person behind the desk who seemed to be annoyed and didn't acknowledge us. This seemed a little odd and uncomfortable. There was work being done in our part of the hotel, which calmed down after hours. The work mess around the facility and lack of upkeep with the landscaping was disappointing. Breakfast was good and there was a very nice lady working hard to keep the buffet stocked and orderly.

Staff was great. Breakfast was above average. Business center printer didn't work but front desk offered to have me email them the document and printed it for me. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but a little dated. I have stayed here before and will again.

The rooms are a little dated, but they are well appointed and in good condition. The staff is awesome and breakfast is very good. This hotel is also a good value. I choose this hotel whenever I am in town.

Clean room and quick check in. Mattress is comfortable. Pillows need to be refreshed and carpet is pretty old.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Quality Inn Petaluma. The room was a great size with mini fridge and microwave. It was nice to have a separate toilet/shower room from the sink area. The room was clean. The carpet is probably due replacing though. The pool area was nice. The best part was the continental breakfast. There was a large selection and the breakfast host always made sure everything was stocked. There is easy access to the freeway from the hotel. The neighboring area seems a little sketchy, but we experienced no problems. We would stay again.

Nice staff Old painted over ceilings. Tired baths. Same old breakfast. Smelled weird like old cigarettes, Lysol and bug spray.
