Quality Inn Petaluma - Sonoma

It all made for a very nice visit to the Petaluma area.

The staff was very friendly and were more than happy to answer our questions. Our stay was nice & quiet. We enjoyed the pool :)

Comfortable stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and the laundry room was clean and super helpful!

Breakfast was very good, much better than average. Parking was convenient and staff was pleasant and helpful. It was really quiet at night and we were able to get a good nights' sleep. The beds and rooms were comfortable.

I have alwaya enjoyed staying here especially their pool that is warm n no chemicals nice quiet area

Clean room, comfy bed, soft sheets and amazing breakfast. Offered full breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles and many other options. Food was really good! Will stay again

The refrigerator makes a noise every 5 minutes and probably needs to be replaced room 163. I had ear plugs to sleep so I didn't bother me. Otherwise everything was great!

Use this as a hotel very often when traveling and it’s always been very easy to check in and has had all my needs covered.

Very nice staff. Typical free breakfast. Easy and convenient location. The property is OLD and needs to be renovated.

Upon entering the hotel room, there was a strong bleach odor. In restroom, the ceiling light fixture was missing and the wirings were all exposed as you can see inside the ceiling. There was no body shower soap besides a thin bar for all to use. The shower water pressure was very low.

Decent place, but lots of noise comes through. No vending machines. Way better than the Suoer 8 down the road. The super 8 was moldy.

We were especially surprised by the comfortable mattresses, which provided good back support - firm, but not too hard.

I appreciated the stay at Quality Inn. The overall hotel and grounds were pleasant and inviting. A later check in was a breeze (I did notify the hotel I was checking in later). Room was clean and appreciated room amenities. We did not have breakfast, however, there were a lot of guests who were taking full advantage what was offered and looked happy. Oh and it was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The first room I was in the heater didn't work so I called the front desk and he immediately put me in another room. The heater worked great in that room. I was able to use the jets in the sunken tub in the room one of the jets wasn't working. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage, hot and cold cereal, waffles, toast or danishes and yogurt plus juice and coffee.

We always enjoy our stay at the quality Inn Petaluma… It has been our go to hotel for years and they never disappoint. Breakfast is good. The pool and spa are clean and the rooms are immaculate.

2. No elevator. We chose a 2nd floor room and the front desk did not let us know about no elevator until I asked after we were about to go to room. The clerk should have anticipated that two 80+ seniors would not want to lug suitcases up steps.
