The local peace officer was kind as He informed me that I could could not continue sleeping at my ad hoc and unplanned camping location. It seems the computer had glitched my hotel room at the Petaluma Super 8 where I have been recently reserving, rather than at the Santa Rosa Super 8 which in this occasion was my intended destination. Friday, August 8th. till Saturday August 9th. I am out the cost of nearly $100.00 unless you may refund me

The room was very dirty and smelled like mold

The room was nothing special but clean enough and everything worked. The thermostat was a little annoying because there was no way to just turn the fan on without heat or air conditioning but that's a personal preference. The pool was clean and there was coffee in the lobby. Nothing to complain about.

A ball of human hair on table, garbage not taken out from previous guest, towels smelled and food stains splattered on walls.

I slept well.

Tried calling the front desk via the Google Maps number (to get soap and pillows) and was transferred three times and had to speak to a robot, listen to ads about a reward program, and then have an off-site representative take all my info to add me to the reward program just to get to speak to someone on the property.. I made this reservation more than a month ago knowing Super 8 is a bargain hotel but I’ve learned my lesson - I could’ve waited till last minute and paid almost half the price. Certainly wasn’t expecting a five star experience but there are base standards we expect from a hotel. The human staff were perfectly lovely but something is off. If there’s an actual human representative reading this feedback - please remove me from your rewards program/mailing list (I only wanted a couple pillows).

The man at the front desk was very welcoming and thoughtful and unsettling during a time when I was upset during my trip. Most appreciated

Even time I stay there I get a double charge on my babk card

The room and the property was clean. They don’t have air conditioning and no fridge or microwave at least not in the room I booked. Other than that I liked it. I’ll recommend to a friend.

Room was not clean. Towels were dirty and had to be replaced. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room smelled like an ashtray. Wires hanging out of the thermostat, one towel, no toiletries, paid for queen beds but got tiny doubles. The beds didn’t even have a comforter, it felt like we slept on plywood. Not to mention it was loud all night long. People running up and down the stairs, yelling. I didn’t sleep at all, left at 6am because I couldn’t wait to leave this terrible hotel. You should be ashamed to charge $140 a night for this dump.

The staff was gracious The room was not very clean (toilet was sticky, the bathroom floor was dirty). One of the beds was lumpy, so not comfortable for a good sleep. The heater also did not work, so we were cold all night.

Easy access to the highway. The room that I stayed in wasn't that clean. The floor was sticky. The sink was draining water very slow.
