Joo they forgot to even give toilet rolls and soap! I didn’t bother to ask as I am sleepy and gone to bed! The blanket is thin and luckily I got a comforter from my camping trip!

What a dump

Everything was really good. It really depends on what is important to you. A big thing for me. Was that when I got into my room I didn’t have a microwave or a refrigerator so I asked for a refund back but then they were able to wheel one into my room, which made my day a lot better.

No internet service. Had to leave property to communicate with someone. While on a very important call I lost service in middle of conversation.

I slept well.

Good clean hotel. I will be back

1 overhead light was not working, no shampoo and conditioner

Rooms weren’t completely clean. There were spots on the bedding. Wi-Fi was spotty. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

The room is good except that there’s a smell inside the room. The bedsheets and towels are too old and black stain are visible making it look dirty.

It's a mess. What amenities? And I think they supply for the homeless with state or federal funds. Three guys were drinking outside my door. They played loud music until I asked them to turn it down. They were very nice, but not what I expected.

Perfect affordable convenient. Felt safe with the family.

It looked like the property had been recently renovated in the photos but it is still waiting for renovation. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of old smoke and had burn holes (and stains) in the sheets. The ceiling was water damaged, shower rusty. To top it all off, the room was grimy. The shelves were crusted and splattered, side of the bed also crusted and splattered. Thankfully the floor was laminate instead of carpet - that was the one upside. Also, once they finally opened the pool, it was well enough maintained. Brace yourself and bring some bleach.

Parking was good. Air conditioning was too good because no heat available. Best price though.

The television in my assigned room was disabled so the evening desk clerk provided me with a different room with a working TV. And the second room was on the ground floor which is a big "Plus."

All the official websites say breakfast is included, but the hotel doesn’t provide it. The hotel lacks even the most basic amenities, such as shampoo and toiletries; there’s no coffee maker or cups, and the room is very cold with no heating. It seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.

No towels stocked in the room. Very thin blanket. Old mattress. Half a roll of toilet paper. Not a place I'll stay again.

The bed sheets were dirty, the floor had hair all over it, only got 1 towel to shower with 3 people.

Great service! The staff was very helpful.

There was no air conditioning or heating. When I opened the window the screen fell out. Pool looks good. Friendly staff. Mold in bathtub. Convenient location to Petaluma. Good parking.

The room was cleaned, although there aren't any amenities in the room such as coffee, which is available in the libby at 6:00 am.
