Very good

I hoped that outside food would be allowed to enjoy on the beautiful patio. Traveling with kids, visiting beaches,it is often convenient to pick something up to eat at the hotel. We had a broken bathroom vanity light switch. I would have hoped that would have been identified during the housekeeping prep of our room before we arrived. A little pricey.

The room was clean and very comfortable Only thing I didn’t like was during check in the person checking us in said my CC was not working so I had to use the CC machine to process payment but later when I went into my CC app it showed 4 different transactions for the room. When I inquired about this she said all but one would be gone by morning, however they still all show up over 24 hrs later. I am giving it another 24-48 hrs before filing a complaint with my CC company and the hotel!

The hotel is located about 2 miles from central Petosky, out in the countryside, away from the main activities of the city. The hotel is modern, comfortable, well maintained, and has a distinct hipster vibe. We were hoping to see Little Traverse Bay from the hotel, but the view was surprisingly blocked by tall evergreen trees. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower was very good. The WiFi was easy to connect to and the signal was decent. The staff was somewhat attentive and friendly but a little too laid back to provide a sense of professionalism. This is probably preferred by Millennial Hipsters :) The cost was outrageous: $500 per night for a room with 2 queen beds. Although our stay was pleasant, I probably would not stay here again due to the distance from Petosky and the cost.

Great location! Staff was wonderful to work with. Checkout did take quite a long time… not sure why. The outside seating by the fire watching the moon and the beautiful colors was amazing. Spacious room. The only thing was we had to live out of our suitcase. Two super tiny drawers to use.

Staff was friendly, great amenities including a washer/dryer, bottle fillers, indoor pool, beautiful outdoor space, and in close proximity to many of sites by car. The hotel seemed short staffed. Hours were limited for busy season with cafe and cleaning was limited to every other day—the latter being my biggest issue with the stay. It’s one thing to offer this every other day service for business travelers, but not for families visiting the various beaches.

We liked that there was a bar and food in hotel Had to ask for clean towels and get room cleaned! Exhauste fan in bathroom didn’t work! Had to ask that shower soap needed to be filled

it was fine

1 towel in at 2 queen room. No early check-in, return at 3pm. I returned and was told the room would be at minimum another 45minutes. I did not appreciate getting ready for a wedding in the Lobby bathroom. Pool hours end early. Lastly you are charged an astronomical amount for a 1 night stay.

Superb

Clean room, nice amenities, good location, but the hallway had a strange odor and the bathroom didn't have a fan, which I found odd for a nicer hotel. Breakfast is not free either.
-
Nice hotel not far from downtown especially because of the traffic

Very nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and a very friendly staff. Will definitely come back. No complaints.

We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups.
