The 15 steps to the 2nd floor were needing new concrete
-
Toilet was leaking and puddled the bathroom floor. maintenance came a cleaned it up but it returned. By morning the floor was flooded again. Although the beds and linens were pristine, the building was in a shambles. Broken up concrete stairs to the second floor. Siding damaged and missing. Building old, dirty and not worth the price..

On our stay my wife drop her credit card in the room unknown to us. We checked out and in our way home we got a call from the manager that a very honest housekeeper had found it and turned it in. We were very impressed at the follow up. We found the Super 8 to be in sa very good location and during our stay we were treated very well! Thanks to the staff and manager!

It was clean, loved the free limo, br akfqst was great!!

We had a few problems but they were taken care of promptly. The facilities are definitely very dated and there were cracks and holes in the walls. It desperately needs a renovation. No elevator to the second floor. However they do offer limo rides and the breakfast had some decent options. There is a small pool. I would expect it to be nicer for the price we paid. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got excellent service. The location is very convenient and the drive into town is incredibly scenic. My kid said it was perfect.

Staff helpful Parking was good Breakfast was good but they ran out of the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich

Nice room with updates. Curtsy driver drove us for dinner and picked us up. Front desk was awesome! I’d stay there again.

They had a good continental breakfast and the room was clean.

Bed was comfortable, room was ok size but a little for two big suitcases, it was quiet but it was a Monday night, a little bit away from the shore activities.

The floor of the room was dirty, like it hadnt been cleaned for multiple stays. Shower curtain was to short and water went all over the bathroom floor. Shower was also dirty like it hadnt been clean for multiple stays. You could see daylight around the door, which leaked when it rained hard the first night of our 2 night stay. Outlet covers were missing on some outlets, and we were supposed to have a 1 king and 2 queen room and had 3 queens one had a partial king-size head board. Definitely not worth the $600 stay. Have stayed in way better places for much less.

We had an employee use a 'manager key' and barged into our room while we were laying in bed watching TV. She seemed startled to see people in the room and started asking questions about when we arrived, saying she had been called by maintenance that the keypad on the door to this room wasn't working. Obviously it worked well enough for her to barge into our room, and we had not had any issues with it at all. She stood in our doorway for way too long just repeating the same things over and over; she never ven apologized for barging into our room. There are 'No Smoking' signs all over, but employees sitting right outside doorways or open windows smoking so that our room smelled like smoke. Advertising a 'Deluxe Continental Breakfast' but it was just quick grab and go items in a very small limited area.

Staff very friendly. We encountered a problem with our key. Didn’t work. We left for dinner being told check back with the front desk they would solve the problem. When we returned 2 hours later we still could not get in our room with our luggage inside. They put us in a different room but we still had to wait another half hour for someone to come and get the door open to the First room where our luggage was. Now 10pm not a good start to our stay.

The outside of the hotel did not look appealing at first, but the inside room was very lovely

Rooms were very nice-clean and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I thought I had reserved one room with 2 beds and the other with 1. Both were one bed, however we made it work as nothing else was available.

Breakfast Okay, maybe next upgrade waffle maker. Very strong adhesive type smell in room. Like wet paint. The brand new floor is sticky, you really don't want to walk barefoot on it. A big bummer. Staff said they are working to correct. Liked the staff.

Good selection of food. Nice to know that coffee was available all day. Minor issue - the floor in the room was not real clean. Although it appeared clean I was barefoot and when I went to put my shoes on my feet were very dirty. That all could have been from us walking around with our shoes on though.
