Clean property, it was a good way to relax for birthday weekend. Didn’t get to use the complementary drinks but wished the hrs were flexible

The room was nice and clean. I liked the living room and the furniture was cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Great pool and view of the mountain across the golf course. Great made to order breakfast. We’ll definitely be back!

Original room I booked reeked of weed which was unfortunate, but the staff was very nice and accommodating, and got me into a better upgraded room right away. First night the fire alarms went off at 3am, my 6yo was really upset, entire hotel was awake and agitated. Pool was very crowded which was fine but poorly kept pool decks scraped up our feet. Free snacks, drink coupons and the breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC! Overall 3/5 only because of the weed smelling room, fire alarms at 3am, and poor pool deck maintenance.

We stayed 2 nights and have done so for years, however this time around 2:30 am the fire alarms went off a couple times and everyone on different floors were all coming outside their rooms because no knew what was going on. It took about 20-30 mins for everything to calm down. We were told it was false alarms and they didn’t know how to shut it off.

Everything was great, good for families.

We stayed for a total of 3 nights. Our suite was a little small but well maintained & clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast is a must while you’re there- it was excellent!

Beds were very uncomfortable.

This Hitel has been our go to hotel in Phoenix for quite a few years. We love the location and the amenities.

Everything about the hotel was good except the shower. The handle was locked tight, no amount of turning would open the valve. So no shower. The staff offered us another room, but it was already checkout time. Hard to believe that no one had noticed that the shower was inoperative before our arrival.

Spacious suites. A little outdated and basic furniture but everything was clean. There was nothing actually bad just outdated draperies and the tub area. It was worth the money though.

When we walked into the room it had a very strong cologne smell that didn’t leave. There were no fans in the bathroom so it was difficult to ventilate.

The room was clean, staff friendly, and all meals were prepared well. I especially loved the attitudes and attentiveness of the ladies working the breakfast omelet and pancake stations in the morning.

Everything! Top tier hotel!

3 Paper towel dispensers in lobby bathrooms were not working dead batteries. Our toilet wasn’t flushing correctly! Had to call for house keeping to bring plunger up at 1:00am because of lack of flushing ability!!! Had to request extra towels and washcloths two days in a row. Biggest complaint is that the bed mattress was awful!! Horrible back pain every night and had to move to couch early in AM two days in a row and ice my back!!! Aside from those issues, staff was amazing!! Every encounter during our 4 day stay with staff was a pleasure from reception desk, wait staff, house keeping, to ALL kitchen staff!! Literally Every employee were a joy to speak with!!! Which makes up for the other issues in my book!! But, mattresses definitely should be updated to a new comfort level. Thank you for your attention to these matters!!
