The resort is beautiful. I felt like we were put so far back and almost “away” from it all. The resort was not full (I asked) and we were in the furthest building on site to stay. Navigating is a LONG walk or a golf cart ride. This should be specified. Pool gave a campground/community pool feel. The staff was so amazing and kind, that cannot be overlooked.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Pool was a great way to end the evenings.

The biggest surprise was that the photos online made it look like the bedroom didn't have any windows, which was one of the reasons we booked it since we prefer a very dark room for sleeping. When we arrived, there were actually three large windows above the bed, and the room was much brighter than we expected. I mentioned it to the front desk before we even made it back to our room, and they went above and beyond for us. They actually covered the windows with cardboard to block out the light just for our stay! That level of customer service was incredible and showed they genuinely cared about making us comfortable. It's rare to find staff willing to go that extra mile. We really appreciated the effort, and because of that, we'd happily stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
