I had to change rooms because the toilet wouldn’t flush. The staff gave me a plunger to try and fix it, but it wouldn’t help. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO BE FIXING A TOILET ON MY VACATION! I wasted a day trying to fix the toilet and move to another room. The next room had a better toilet that worked, however, my gf got bitten all over her arm and legs from bed bugs in the couch. I would not recommend staying there, until there rooms are cleaned thoroughly and have new furniture. Highly disappointed

DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel was SUPER FILTHY in a ghetto neighborhood. I couldn’t even sit on the sofa. I left immediately and they refused to refund my money. The tub was atrocious as well. Save your time & money and go somewhere else! Calling ut “Residence Inn” is false advertisement! Its nothing like any other Residence Inn I’ve been to. More like Motel 6 hole in the wall.

The location The front desk staff is very rude, nasty and condescending. They treat you like dirt. They need a man on thier staff to breakup all those hormonal cows

Location and price Staff is very rude and wouldn't allow me to renew room after they said I took a towel from the linen cart. In addition they called the other extended stay we booked and told them do not rent due to numerous issues although I stayed there for a week and was only asked to leave today at check in. I asked for an exception because I am disabled and have children and the lady became very threatening and yelled at me. Treated me like a dog!!!! Although there is allot of prostitution and drug dealing in there. She kicked me out because I'm cute I guess

The room was pretty cleaned. I like the amount of space it gives. But the carpet was filthy in the living room. There was not wash cloths, only one towel hand towe was dirty and the bath mat was also filthy. The staff was mean and did not use my original booking off booking.com so I could have been charged twice. I need a full refund.

So bad im checking in late because my flight delayed. Then i call them to let them know when im get there around 12:30 midnight they say room so out. How have i can do ?? When i talk to them they say ok just let them know when get it there someone will help but when im there no now help. So terrible.

The only good thing I can say about my stay was the location and the price. But no wonder why, its located on 44th st. I hear thay area is bad. But it was a good location to me. QT right across the road. The 202fwy not too far away. The prices were good. 2 rooms with king beds for under $130. Good for me. Okay. I'm not lying but, the room was NOT cleaned all the way. When i walked in, the pillows were all over the bed, like someone laid there and just got up? 2 towels but 1 was dirty with food on it? 1 toilet paper!! No rags. No hand towels. No floor towel. There was a trash that didn't get taken out. Kid stickers all over the tv stand. The AC was so far from the bed. I was sweating and hot laying down. BAD Lighting. Hardly any light. Vent were broken and literally hanging down. The rug looks like it needs major cleaning. My daughter's room had no towels or toilet paper. But the front desk girl was nice enough to bring some to the door. I couldn't believe everything else that we found wrong. I didn't want to be that customer and ask for another room. I just mad the best of my stay. Hopefully they have someone who actually inspects the rooms when they're "cleaned".

Nothing property was dirty trash by the front door of the unit everywhere out there pool water was dirty green Don’t like nothing people walking by all night who don’t live there or stay there just knocking on doors. Property was very dirty. Pool was really dirty too. Inside the unit the towels were all ripped the unit needed some maintenance
