Horrible!
-
The hotel was very run down. Only one out of four elevators were working. Multiple ice machines broken. Our bathroom sink was hard to turn off. Black stuff came out of our tub faucet. The worst part was the pool was not functioning on the hottest Holiday weekend. Had to pay $50 for parking for 3 nights and $18/person for breakfast. Only the food was decent. Gates to get in were finicky. Very disappointing.

This place sucks plain and simple room was clean but smelt pool was closed amd pictures in profile looked nothing like actual property was in real life. Although Staff was helpful and friendly so it wasnt totally bad but basically had to cut my trip a day short for false advertising maybe update pictures in profile to show true condition if property it was probably nice when it first opened but nowadays its garbage. Staff was good though

We stay here all the time when in Arcadia. We were informed after we checked in that the pool was closed. It’s summer in Phoenix 110 degrees. When I asked if I could just cancel I was told no because we already checked in. When I asked why she didn’t tell us before we checked in, she said she wasn’t supposed to. So we stayed the first night and went to the Marriott the second night. When we tried to cancel the second night (with 24 hour notice) they declined. So we ended up paying for the second night and we weren’t even there. Also the beautiful landscaping was all dry and looked to be dying. We suspected water problems.

Air conditioning- clean rooms
-
Dated furnishings but excellent and very helpful staff. Unlike other hotels on our trip did not nickel and dime us on early checin and later checkout.
-
good stay just upset the pool was broke at the time they were working on it & they did make accommodation to use another pool at a nearby hotel
-
They charged a $250 deposit for an $88 room. The pool was shut down and they didn’t notify until after check in regarding the large deposit and the pool closure. They offered to “shuttle” 20 min away to another pool.

Clean room perfect family hotel
-
When we got there the lobby looks really nice but when we headed to our room we noticed that none of the elevators were working except one elevator. The elevators are outside and so you have to walk around the perimeter of the hotel to see which one is working or not. Then we noticed the pool and jacuzzi…the water was DARK GREEN! We couldn’t even use them for our stay. Then we got to our room which was relatively clean but the bathroom…it was leaking around the toilet and the faucet was leaking. The room itself is very outdated and dark. If you’re coming to have a family vacation this isn’t it.

The picture are of the facility are misleading. Rooms are very dated. The pool was green and dirty. The lobby you can tell had a remodel. The property itself dated.
-
Traveled with my family and had a bad experience. Check in we were not told major amenities were not in service we had to pay a $250.00 deposit with a 7-10 hold and walking to our room pool was closed, ice machine out of service, elevator out of service. Outside lounge areas were old and dirty. The bar never opened. The rooms had stains on carpet really out dated the tv had no signal. Never was told anything about Parking fees.No manager available to request. Don't recommend.

Except for the pool the place was great.
-
Close by nearby businesses Pool area being closed, ridiculous $250 deposit, water bugs in room, bathroom being small and guest not being monitored it was a lot of seems like unruly things going on.
-
I would have like having an ice machine on all the floors.
-
This hotel was clean and served its purpose near the PHX airport, it had a shuttle to the airport and was on time. I would use it again.
-
The large pool
-
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Let’s start off with the $250 deposit? That itself was not worth what the hotel was , all the elevators were out of service but one. Second?! I got hit with a $561 fee without any notice, it’s sickening because people DO NOT just have money like that to throw around. I went to the front desk to speak with the manager and was handed a paper and told she will not be here today, so of course I try calling and nothing. They stated due to “smoking” which is crazy because neither one of us smoke. It was so bs. It was my birthday weekend , I wanted to try out a new hotel so I went with this one. The parking fee too?! That parking lot was so nasty and sketchy. DO NOT get a room here.

Charged a deposit without advising It stated we would have free breakfast had to pay a fee for it Couldn’t fine my booking
