Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix - Airport North by IHG

Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. Included a microwave and mini fridge. Perfect centralized location. Only hiccup was with trying to early check-in and front desk staff was not very helpful. Other than that I had a positive experience. Would stay again.

Amazing stay. Beds are so comfortable and the hotel was so well kept up. Very clean. Breakfast was so delicious as well. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in phoenix

Hotel was clean but could use some replacement towels. The towels were old and dingy. Only stayed 1 night so didn't use the pool. Hotel was clean and basic breakfast included.

My stay started well with friendly staff, and both the room and hotel in general were very clean and clearly well maintained. It was quiet in my room which did have all the basic amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. One of my pet peeves is hotel bathrooms when the exhaust fan doesn't work and the mirror steams up while you shower, but that was not the case here! Breakfast was good with many options and the food quality was good. One caveat is that there are no walkable restaurants nearby so if you Uber'd in from the airport you'll also need to get a ride to find dining. Overall, this hotel is a great value and pleasant place to stay.

The rooms are so clean and quiet with comfortable beds and the ac works perfectly. The bathroom is spacious and clean and have all amenities. The towels are a bit small and thin. Everything looks new and the beautiful hallways too.

The room is spacious with very comfortable mattresses. AC is perfect. Bathroom is good size with all amenities. Only one thing could be better are the towels which are small and thin. The rooms are very soundproof since we didn't hear any noise at all. We appreciated the details of the rooms and enjoyed our stayed very much.

Excellent customer service felt very welcome , clean room had no complains . Though the weather outside was outrageous the inside made it felt cooler and forgot what’s going on outside . The pool came in handy at night time .

Booked for a quick overnight stay near the airport. The room was incredibly spacious as was the bed. Appreciated the ameneties in the room. Location was great and the check in staff was very nice.

Airport shuttle only runs until 11:00 pm. This doesn't work with going to the airport or pick ups. They have no restaurant for dinner. Won't stay here again.

Clean and friendly Staff

We stayed here because we had tickets to a concert which is right across the street at mortgage matchup center so the hotel was very close we could just walk right across the street and not have to drive. The room was very nice it was very clean and the air conditioning worked well it was a little worn and that but I expected that but the price was and the staff was amazing so nice so helpful. The pool look nice even though it was very small we didn't have a chance to use it but I saw people were enjoying it. The breakfast buffet that comes included in the price of your room was so good and there's coffee that's fresh ground in a machine and then brewed available 24 hours a day which is amazing. overall I would highly recommend staying here it's definitely worth your money the value is there and the convenience is awesome there's so many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance you can just cross the street highly recommend.

Great hotel near the airport with a delicious breakfast and no extra fee for parking! Also the kids loved the pool.

Everything was excellent! The restaurants are amazing, and Emirel’s was my favorite. The fitness center was perfect for my needs. I had the executive suite and my wife loved how spacious it was, along with two huge tv’s. No complaints, just a great experience as I was there with my wife for her Boule.

Everything was wonderful, check-in was simple and quick. Rooms were tidy and clean. We loved breakfast many options for kids and adults. The cinnamon rolls delicious! we stayed for a day trip on our way home and we will definitely be staying again in the future.
