Property was clean. Pool felt great! Staff were nice. The air conditioning was not very good which made it difficult to sleep.

There was spider in the room plus stuff was nice but did not know wat to do made us come back 3 times for room number then we ask for wake up phone call never happened shuttle left us cuz we never got a phone call then we had to get uber to go airport

I booked a room and paid for it but the hotel didn’t have any rooms. How do I refund?

Easy check in. Clean room. Only issue was the hot tub would not get hot. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Staff was friendly and because of a little incident, the staff offered us a free dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location, but that can't be helped. I will definitely be returning, we enjoyed ourselves, Thank You.

Proximity to the airport and free shuttle kichenet does not have aby utensils, neither cutlery so it is not really usable
