Too high priced.

We were in late, and out early,so I'm sure we didn't.

Decent room safe place no issues
-
Great hotel and staff.
-
Easy and friendly check in
-
It’s a bleak place but at least it’s close to the airport and the free shuttle is wonderful.
-
A big chain hotel that is close to Phoenix airport, is reasonably priced, and offers parking option packages at reasonable prices. The rail to the airport is directly across the street. It has a nice pool and hot tub. There are a few eating options in the area, with a few more within a 10 minute walk.

Breakfast was very good and fairly priced. Had both drinks and food at the bar, also very good. Pool great, the padding on the chairs was in poor condition and the frames were metal so very hot so really couldn’t use as shade was hard to come by, the pool itself was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Literally less than a mile from the airport. Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour and was quick and easy. Would stay again.

Very disappointed with front desk. They did not save my reservation because I booked thru Expedia, it’s a third party. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and I got 1 king for 4 people. Never going back again.

Clean room, close to the airport, shuttle to the airport, front staff need help with checking in and parking
-
Quiet and clean room Parking lot

The towels and bedding smelled fresh and having a gym with a treadmill was great. The cleaning crew didn’t make our bed or straighten up the room during the day. Only the trash cans were taken out. The breakfast that was “included” $18 a person was only eggs, bacon, and potatoes. No cereal, muffins toast or yogurt that would have been earlier and cheaper for us to buy. At checkout I was asked to book somewhere else because I didn’t have a physical ID. I have a DMV/police approved license on my Apple wallet. Face ID required and has all my info there. I had paid for the room already and had credit cards with my name on them. Also other photo identification. The staff should have made an exception. I was with my kids and the whole volleyball team was staying there. Clearly I was who I said I was. The lady was rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help find a solution. Apple wallet is now accepted and the way of the future. Thank fully the volleyball team mom was able to get on my room and so I was able to be let in. Pretty ridiculous.

Very nice.
-
The property is old and not maintained. The rooms are dark and outdated and not that clean. I would choose another hotel over this one.
-
The swimming pool was nice. The dirt parking lot and the $15 daily parking fee
-
There was a toenail clipping on the nightstand. Dirty linens with hair in the sheets. A huge hole in the carpet by the door. The furniture was beat up. The Front Desk graciously moved my room (which was better) but still poorly maintained. No bathmat and the door to conceal the mini fridge had been yanked off and was missing. The shuttle driver was amazing but the shuttle bus door was duck taped together. Yikes!

The room was clean and breakfast was delicious
-
I had requested a walk-in shower if possible. Didn't get it.

We stay here when we come to Phoenix for shows and.ball games.

Location perfect for airport access. The staff member at reception was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier, so that we could drop off our rental car on time. Very comfortable stay. Nothing
