The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, however it was disappointing that the room had no drinking bottle of water.

Friendly staff and extremely convenient to the airport. Shuttle comes frequently. Basic hotel but clean and comfortable.

The hotel was great. The restaurant needs to make sure gluten free is safe to eat ! .The server guaranteed my meal was gluten free !! I was very sick after eating there as I have celiac disease! It must have been contaminated

Bus for the airport comes very often you don’t have to book it or anything you just wait outside and hop on. Very convenient and easy !

One thing I hope they do soon is lose the dark wall-to-wall carpeting - it is impossible to keep it clean. Other than that it’s a great hotel. CHEERS!!

Mascara flakes on my pillow. A hair on my sheet. Fingernail polish on the other double bed sheet. Needed dusting. Toothpaste dropping all over the wooden towel holder below the sink. Restaurant is closed. You can get food at the bar that opens at 4pm. Please don’t stay here. It gave me the ickiest feeling. Lucky no bed bugs. The maids did change my sheets. But YUCK.

We got there late and they gave our reservation to someone else. After we cleared things up we got in our hotel and everything was smooth.

The rooms were filthy and outdated, even after I requested to be moved to another room. The sheets had body fluid stains still on them from previous guests, and the overall building was quite dirty. I couldn't use the pool even in triple digit temperature because of how dirty it was. The only good thing is the proximity to the airport and sky train.

The little shop near the check in was great, but I do wish there were a few more non snack food items to choose from.

All is good as always , the location and the convenience.

Amazing pool!

Even though my stay was just for an unexpected layover, there are multiple other hotels that are close to the airport that have to be so much better than this place - they have truly given up.

Staff was supportive and informative. The room was clean and comfortable as was the general hotel; noted evidence of aging but know that hotels in general suffered during COVID and afterward. Nice to see Crowne Plaza doing such a good job. The parking and airport shuttle are very convenient.
