Both Shuttle and room very good. Bedding good. nothing

Must be 21+ to check in despite website saying it did not matter, figuring out parking was very confusing (younger staff member was not helpful whatsoever), breakfast was not included despite stating it was on website.
-
Rooms were outdated, and the carpet was coming apart. One room had a six inch round hole in the carpet. We switched room because they put us in with a double bed by mistake.
-
We did a quick overnight returning from a The shuttle was very convenient, the food in the dining room was very good. We are used the washers and dryer which were in good working order. Our room was fine and we slept well. Overall a good stay

I wanted to tip my room cleaning staff and could not break a large bill. I felt bad about not leaving a tip. A digital tipping code would be very useful. I see it in other hotels.
