Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!

The Chef was most hospitable in the bar the night we arrived as he was tending bar since the bartender could not get in due to the crazy weather. The eggs at breakfast were really not good, very dry, almost crumbly and quite salty but the fruit, bacon and oatmeal were better. The gentleman bussing tables was cheerful and a good representative for the hotel.

Everything was pretty clean, the staff was nice and welcoming, I didn’t eat breskfast but I had a drink at the bar during happy hour and a flat bread pizza. It was ok but the hotel was very comfortable and the pool was really nice also!

The bed squeaked. Other than that, great location, felt safe & slept well.

Very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The pool was well kept as well.

The room was really clean and smelled really good. Overall, a great stay when stopping by in Phoenix.

The staff for the hotel was great but had a poor experience trying to dine for food. Was left sitting there for 45 mins to even order and with no near by food options I was stuck waiting. Even then it took forever to even get water and my food to go upstairs at this point since it been awhile and had to wait for him again to even charge my card. Breakfast was not included so we found ourself walking to Burger King for breakfast as nothing really near by. Another night they were out of what I ordered. The last day dining in the lady who helped us was amazing though.

Miss America, the receptionist was sweet and helpful-funny sense of humor.

The 24 hour free shuttle was great. Driver, Ricardo was lovely. Front Desk staff was helpful and responsive. Bartender, Kathy was great company and wonderful conversationalist! In short a well run property.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room did not have a dresser for clothing. The closet doors did not both work making it difficult to use and the fridge was not cold.
