The 24 hour free shuttle was great. Driver, Ricardo was lovely. Front Desk staff was helpful and responsive. Bartender, Kathy was great company and wonderful conversationalist! In short a well run property.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room did not have a dresser for clothing. The closet doors did not both work making it difficult to use and the fridge was not cold.

It was clean. Parking was right in the front and staff was super helpful and sweet throughout my entire stay. Pool closes at 10 which was also a nice amenity to my stay. Not too far from airport which was even better. Would book this hotel again!

Everything was perfect except the shuttle service. They left me waiting at the airport for almost an hour due to miscommunication. However, they were very curteous and did reimburse me for the cost of the uber I ended up taking, and also gave me a free drink voucher. So all in all, an honest misunderstanding in an otherwise perfect stay.

There was no WiFi password, thus there was no WiFi security. This was my only issue with my stay.

Desire at the front desk needs to take customer service training courses or something. After I raised a concern about the breakfast, he became extremely defensive and did not have a good service recovery. Although the room was okay, the shampoo and body wash they provide are not good and the bed as well as pillows sucked. Would skip this hotel. The doubletree across the road looks way better for a bit more of a cost.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and the staff was friendly and responsive. The shuttle was easy to book for pickup and drop off. The shower did not appear to have been cleaned. There were lots of hair that did not belong to me.
