Everything was pretty standard up until a few hours before check out. The shower head magically stopped working while taking a shower! Young girl downstairs could’ve cared less. She told me she was going to call maintenance and send them up. NO ONE CAME. So I didn’t get to take a shower!!! Ughhh despite that issue everything was alright. What a way to dampen the mood!

Room had empty shampoo bottles and conditioner. Also, our bed was dirty

Property was not very clean. Housekeeping was not done during our three night stay. AC unit was not functioning properly and the overall condition of the property was not up to the standards of Hampton Inn.

One morning after breakfast I asked the front desk how to get to the hotel and she seemed irritated. And then when it was time to check out the same front desk just said “you can just leave the key right there”

The room smells toxic, I couldn’t breathe. Also the bathroom tub was clogged, it didn’t drain at all. The fun is noisy.

The staff was very nice and the room was unexpectedly bigger that I thought. I slept so comfortable in my bad and swam in the hotel swimming pool . I will definitely be back again!

This property was above my expectations. The room was very neat, the bathroom was clean. The staff was very helpful with my question regarding the WiFi. They offered free breakfast until 10 and it wasn’t just the continental breakfast. Overall this hotel was superior to other Hampton’s.
