I was relocated to this hotel and would just like a refund from Expedia. I can’t believe the events that occurred 8/4/2026. I have since been using a different company and hope no other person has to go through the experience I had with Expedia!

The room had a lack of climate control and was close to 90* inside. When we requested to change rooms, the staff said the other rooms were even hotter. No apologies no offer for a refund. Room was dirty and customer service was awful. Requested a refund

the room was not clean at all. and that is an understatement. there were ants all over the place. the tub was dirty. i just got the crappy room; I should have told staff, but was to tired to deal with it

I love the area east phoenix is beautiful. When I arrived it was getting late I was trying to figure out how to get in because doors were locked.there was a lady watering a bush out side well she had watched me try to get in and said nothing. Turns out she was running the show.after dealing with this unpleasant woman I decided to go somewhere else.As I was leaving I was proposition by a prostitute..So i would not recommend vmthis place to anyone e unless hookers and drugs our on ur thing.

This hotel is disgusting! Roaches in all 3 rooms! Very dirty rooms and sheets. Very run down. This was just a quick overnight cause plans changed and had to stay somewhere close to the airport. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Strange activity going on in the rooms and parking lots! Wish I didn’t spend over $250 to stay here.
