Great service!

Very convenient for a next day early flight. Comfortable beds and clean rooms

This was a terrible disappointment. i think it is a newly bought property by Hilton and needs extensive repairs and upgrades. What a dirty hotel. 3 stars would be a stretch.

Nice property. Comfortable bed. Clean. Didn’t use amenities or shuttle service.

THE SHOWER LEAKED UNDER THE STALL AND THERE WAS A MILDEW ODOR IN THE BATHROOM, THE COFFEE POT DID NOT WORK, IT KEPT TURNING OFF AND NEVER HEATED, THE TV ALSO DID NOT WORK, THE REMOTE WOULD NOT ACTIVATE ANY CHANNELS. YOU COULD HEAR THE PEOPLE GETTING ON AND OFF THE ELEVATOR AND THE NOICE IN THE HALLWAY.

They do have ice cold AC and a washer/dryer for guests to.use (cost $3 per load). They have a simple lobby market that has average snacks. Charge for parking is $10 per day which is weird since they have so much space. Overall very simple 3 star property with basic amenities

Breakfast was very good - lots of variety. The front desk manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. The dining room folks were very efficient and thoughtful. All and all a very good airport hotel.

Nice little place.

The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and kind. We would most likely rebook with them on our next trip.

The location is great and very convenient. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay, but the property is outdated and could use some renovations.

Check in Staff were great. Had a lot of trouble getting the right info for the shuttle from Sky Harbor.

Overall day was nice. The bedding however, was dated. The room also looked a bit dated.Staff was very helpful and informative.

We arrived at PHX at 11:30pm, collected our luggage and called the hotel for the shuttle pick-up. But for 30 minutes nobody answered the phone. When a person eventually answered, they asked for our phone # and they said they would send us the required shuttle pick-up information. After 10 minutes when the information was not forwarded, we called the hotel back. This time the person gave us verbal information to collect the shuttle in 15 minutes. This worked and we able to get to the hotel. The rest of the stay went smoothly

Good airport location, helpful staff and updated, clean room.

For the price it was very nice. The shuttle was key in making life easier.

The lady who checked us in never mentioned anything about breakfast or shuttle or anything.
