This property lacks hospitality, leaving guests feeling tolerated rather than welcomed. Stained linens, dust buildup, unvacuumed carpets, and mold in the bathroom tiles indicate a rushed or understaffed housekeeping department.

We just thought breakfast was included. We stayed in other Hiltons and breakfast was free!

Laundry facilities, was nice to use, since it was a staycation for us, since we were having work done on house. Breakfast was not part of our stay, we had to pay extra.

Normally I would leave a great review for this property. I have stayed here several times for work trips. BUT when I arrived they told me due to renovations they don’t have a room for me and moved me to a Hampton Inn. Which was NOT even as close to being as nice to what I paid for here. Didn’t offer transportation over to the new stay. There was a weird smell through the whole place. None of my drawers would stay shut. No in house restaurant. The reason I book to stay Hilton is for a reason…The crazy part was when I went online they were still taking reservations!!!

Very polite professional employees, delicious breakfast

Well the floor below us the third floor was being remodeled and quite a lot of banging which is okay when I asked they said that the fourth floor where I was staying was the finished product well that's scary there's some large stains on the carpet that is old the toilet paper was one ply gross. There's a few things left when you look at the TV from the bed it is the same height or lower than the bed so you have to sit on the edge of the bed to watch the TV if I'm laying in bed my feet are in the way and blocking half of the screen maybe put a shelf under the TV or hanging on the damn wall. I'm almost done the TV channels were 2 to 3 hours in advance of the schedule on the TV guide it was very hard to find anything to watch in real time. Thank you that's all for now.

Everything about the reservation was excellent. Very very courteous staff, very helpful and attentive to our needs! Very nice and extremely hospitable staff! Will be booking reservations here from now on! Very clean and oversized spacious room! Loved all the space! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Huge walk in shower. And very nice area! Loved everything about the stay!

No house keeping for 2 day

It was an easy on and off from hwy 17. The restaurant had a waitress that was super rude.
