A very serviceable, clean place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft and clean. The restaurant had great fried pickles and the salads were great the first night, not so much the second. It was a quiet place to get some work done. Will stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and nice. Breakfast was amazing so many choices and the staff when above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. I love this place and I'm planning to come back many more times in the future.

Room was nice and clean. Swimming pool was good. Front desk staff was great. The bar/restaurant staff did not want to be there and was annoyed that she had to service us. Not a big deal but it was hard to get a beer.

They have two teenage boys who were not so incredible. The main engineer Todd, actually awesome? He sat and talked with the boys and it was such a positive experience. I cannot rate enough for about it.

Great stay. Staff was wonderful. I booked on Expedia and my package included breakfast buffet which was perfect for the family.

So, you go to the bar, and they shut it down early, way before posted time. IDK... I am sure I expect to much, but this is not what we were used too after being there many times before. Hilton has lost its way here.

The night we checked in shortly after unpacking, after we had driven from Dallas...the toliet didn't work. That was frustrating to say the least, however with that being said, the staff quickly moved us to another room and assisted with the move! That's good customer service. Things will happen, its the response and action that of the front desk employees that made an impression mostly! Thank you! The negative part of our stay was having to pay to park in a location that you're already paying 100+per night for. We've stayed a various hotels while traveling and this is the 1st time we've ever had to pay to park at a hotel. That gets 0 stars.

Great spot to stay, near the i-17 and very close to the norterra happy valley amenities such as food and entertainment! Will stay again..
