It was ok, nothing to brag about but it was an ok stay. Front desk closed at 6am when we went to check out. Strange

The front desk manager was extremely helpful with our ever changing schedule and needs. I have changed our reservation twice already and she was very helpful, patient and friendly!

The lobby, room, and gym were very clean. I rarely saw any hotel staff and when I called about bring an iron to the room, they did not have available.

What I liked was it was nice and clean. What I didn't like is that they do not have an ice machine at all in the whole building. What hotel does not have an ice machine even motel 6 has an ice machine.

Location is nice, it's located north of Phoenix, far from city center, but the nearby mall has many stores and restaurant that would take care of the daily needs. The rates are good for longer stays, which is the case for us, we stayed for 3 weeks. We came at around the time of Spring Brake (for students) and Spring Training (for baseballers). At the same time, we see many workers as well, likely here for a period of time for some projects. Most of the time people here are friendly and keep to themselves. The only minor issue was on the first night when I check-in, the TV had no signal and because it was a weekend, it took a bit of time before someone can fix it for me. The on-site staffs did their best to solve the issue for me, and I appreciated them. However, the remote control has issue too, the buttons are not very responsive, tried changing batteries but issue remained. At the end, I just didn't not want to trouble them for a replacement, but hope this issue could be solved before the next customer comes.
