Overall excellent property to stay at

Wow! Was way more than I expected! Very clean, nice room, very spacious!! The property and staff were fantastic!! Ankit was the best he was super friendly and knowledgeable!!

Friendly staff, check-in was at the front desk. There is free breakfast. Our breakfast consisted of egg, sausasge, waffle, coffee, juice, and even rice porridge.

Helpful staff and clean rooms. Air conditioning was a little irritating.

Awesome place to stay. They were very welcoming.

Everything was A-1. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Rosemary, the host, was outstanding.

We liked everything except the pool should be open till later, the lobby smells like rotten eggs for some reason and we stayed for a week and the day of the check out, the check out was at 11:00 am and we were almost ready to leave and the guy from the front came to knock on our door at 11:12 we were already on our way out, I really found that rude, a called would have suffice.

Anikit greeted us right away and gave suggestions for food nearby us before we attended our concert. The room was clean and the bed was comfy! We will definitely be back.

Hotel was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was kind and we were able to get extra blankets and pillows. Property was quiet. No noise from the hall. The pool was next to us and no sound was heard. Amenities like the gym were very clean. The breakfast was good although it was only eggs and potatoes for hot food as well as the regular waffle and toast. Staff kept it very well stocked and clean. Overall would definitely stay here again

Great place for the whole family to stay

Great place to spend a weekend while exploring Phoenix. Clean room, friendly staff., good breakfast, nice pool, and tons of stores and restaurants across the street.

Shower curtain to short, shower head to high and squarts out the side leak, toilet made for midgets, no couch in room but a very large area for one exists. Pillows small like for a single mattress however the mattress is comfortable. No counter space or table for your suitcase however there is oneOf the old style suitcase holders but if you have a suitcase that opens side to side you can't use it because it's too small. Breakfast is just continental style nothing really good. No vanilla creamer off you like that in your coffee. Place appearance is clean. TV has no menu that works need to scaOne channel at a time and the controller needs double push on the buttons to accuate.tv sound is terrible must be the cheapest tv possible. Did not expect all this at the best western executive residence. The staff at the desk, Ankit, was excellent.Also , it's not very typical to have a subpanel on the inside wall of a hotel room that's being rented out.

I loved everything about the hotel when I walked in, and I was greeted. He was very polite. Very nice very detailed about the service. The breakfast. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. They had coins for me to do my laundry. The whole experience was the best out of all the places I stayed on vacation.

We were very pleased with this place and will definitely return! Our room was spacious and nice. The shower was wonderful! They facility is not close enough to the freeway to hear the noise, that part was especially noticeable. And the breakfast, alright very typical, was enjoyable. The best part of breakfast was the fancy coffee machine! Thanks for a great stay. See you next time!
