Great property, very clean, and staff was awesome

The parking fee is not necessary. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and pool was wonderful.

Amazing stay. Everything works fine

There was such limited staff that we didn’t get checked into our room for about 5+ hours after we arrived. Inky 1 person at the front desk and a long line of people. Rooms weren’t ready because the cleaning crew weren’t cleaning them. We left and came back twice and all told spent almost 2 hours just waiting in line or talking to the front desk person. She was as helpful as she could be but she needed help! She called the cleaning crew and they wouldn’t help. She called the manager and she refused to come in to help. This place was nice to look at but terrible management. Zero stars.

The property and staff were nothing short of amazing. However, we found ourselves in conversation about one event that took place, that left us wishing Element would have known about and was able to take appropriate actions. What I am referring to was a staff member who was “greeting guests” at the morning continental breakfast. My girlfriend reported to me that on the morning of Aug 27th @ approximately 8am, she was approached by a staff member “ Presumed staff member” who wore no identification, other than a uniform of sorts that was consistent with other staff uniforms. IE. Grey, button down shirt, long sleeved, but really looked sloppy and unkept. This individual wore a high and tight haircut, (Marine style) with salt and pepper hair in color, who wore gold, wired, rimed, glasses . My girlfriend stated that this individual approach her, moved into her personal space and exclaimed “What is your room Number?” After producing a key card. And no good morning, or any other common courtesy, this person was abrupt and curt and not close to the consistent and kind behavior that she experienced with the rest of the staff. This person made her feel very uncomfortable. I was in disbelief, until the morning of Aug, 28th, @ approx 7:15 am or so, when an individual matching the description confronted me in the same manner. I was appalled. In all my travels, I have NEVER filed a complaint against anyone but found ourselves at home and still stymied. I have so much more to say.

Staff was kind and helpful. We needed a shower faucet repair and it was fixed fairly quickly. Yummy food in the lounge made to order!

The room was exactly like the pictures, which I really appreciated. Everything looked just as advertised, and there were no surprises when I arrived. I also really noticed how clean and well-maintained the property was. Every night, I would see the maintenance man cleaning the pool, which showed me how much pride the staff take in keeping the hotel beautiful. The rooms are cleaned every other night, which worked perfectly for me. The breakfast was honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay! There was something new to enjoy every day, so it never felt repetitive. They even have a Greek yogurt bar, which was such a nice touch. It wasn’t just the usual waffles and eggs you see at most hotels. There were different options each morning, and I genuinely looked forward to breakfast every day. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. I truly hope the hotel takes great care of its staff, because they are what makes this place so amazing. Everyone I encountered was kind, welcoming, and hardworking, and that kind of service makes such a difference. My stay was wonderful from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

I went in early dude to my flight arriving early and they let me check in early that was nice of course my room was ready. When I went up to the second floor I had noticed crumbs on the carpet and hair on the bed when I talked to the staff they were fast on fixing it I also thought that was nice. My room the switched me to was super clean didn’t have a smell and it was very comfortable
