Horrific! Utterly ridiculous design for a brand new hotel. Let's start with the decor - gray on gray. It's disorienting. Not important but

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the rooms were super new and clean with a very comfy bed. The swimming pool and pool side service from Nicole was fantastic and the breakfast from Helen was very tasty and worth the add-on. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property. Lovely staff that greets you upon arrival at any time of day. This place is very solo travel friendly I felt safe and comfortable. I wasn’t too far from the activities that I had planned. Overall all wonderful establishment.

My biggest complaint was the check-in experience. We arrived around 1 a.m., and the front desk attendant was on the phone. I completely understand she was already assisting someone, but after standing there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, it became frustrating. By that point, four more guests had arrived behind us! I would have expected her to briefly put the caller on hold or at least acknowledge that guests were waiting. Instead, she continued giving a detailed rundown of the different room layouts to someone on the phone. At some point, the guests physically standing in front of you need a little attention, too! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, a clean property, and great air conditioning made it a nice place to come back to after a long, hot day!

The hotel is lovely. New, clean, great pool area. My two complaints. 1. They only clean rooms every other day. 2. The breakfast option is awful. We paid extra to have breakfast included and there was so much confusion amongst their staff. One day we had the option of 2 items on the menu, but not everything. But on a different day, they said we only had access to the items that were set out which was yogurt, cereal, croissant, and hard boiled eggs. We stayed as a result of being in a baseball tournament and they didn’t tell the baseball boys that they had to pay for the cereal set out, so I got a bill for $60 for 3 “buffet” breakfast; which was bowls of cereal! This hotel is attached to another hotel that does include a breakfast, so I suggest staying at the other hotel!

The QR codes to “scan to order from the bar” weren’t turned on by the pool. We weren’t made aware initially and waited about 30-40 minutes before we went to go check (it was empty). A man came by told us that the codes weren’t working and proceeded to make our drinks. Slightest inconvenience but otherwise our stay was great 5/5 stars.

Great time and easy check in the experience was great

The whole hotel was clean and fresh smelling. The beds were like sleeping in a cloud. Room temp was perfect. Loved it so much on the front half of the trip that we started home a day earlier to be able to stay there on my birthday.

Room was clean. We did get the wrong room type but decided not to say anything or move. The room smelled stale and was a bit stinky.

This hotel is new, the service was great, everyone at front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious nice, and comfortable.

The lady in the front desk seemed to be in a very bad mood, and that just makes the first impression a bit sour.

The hotel was clean, check-in was quick and easy, and there were so many great amenities! On top of that, the design and atmosphere are absolutely beautiful. Definitely check this place out—you won’t be disappointed! ✨🏨
