AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix North Norterra

The staff was great and the rooms were clean. It is great to see that a hotel has figured out that carpet is not good to have in the rooms. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. Great job on the new design.

Amazing property for a minimalist vibe, at a great price point. It was also surrounded by everything you need for a trip away from home. Area very walkable when it’s not too hot. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix North Norterra. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are modern, comfortable and making it a great place to relax after a busy day. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s within walking distance of The Shops at Norterra, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops nearby, making it very convenient without having to drive everywhere. The pool is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels relaxing. Breakfast is not included, so plan accordingly if that’s important to you. Request housekeeping if you prefer daily service, as service schedules may vary. We are planning to stay here again in august and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel in North Phoenix with easy access to shopping and dining.

Very quiet, clean space. There's no closet - the clothing rack area is a little odd. But overall great property. Room was not cramped for space

All staff very friendly

Staff were extremely helpful/friendly when asked about recommendations for restaurants. And when I addressed an issue about the room they weren’t hesitant on offering a change of room. Would definitely come back on my next trip to Az !

Hotel has a nice swimming pool with restroom and sitting area. The rooms were clean. It has a dining and bar within the hotel. There are some good fitness equipment and plenty of space to workout.

Clean rooms, staff was very friendly and polite.

The hotel common areas were very nice including a large restaurant and bar area. The pool area looked very nice as well. The Hotels.com site where we booked the room said there was a breakfast available for an additional five dollars per room but no one at the front desk or restaurant knew anything about it. The room was the smallest I have ever seen in a modern hotel. It will do for night or two but no longer. We had problems with controlling the water temperature in the shower making it difficult to shower and the Direct TV connection was terrible. It did have a wonderful bed and linens however and everything was very clean. I was also very surprised to be charged for outdoor parking in a suburban area with ample space for parking.

I stayed there for my Birthday , I really enjoyed my stay the staff was real nice to me and accommodated me with anything I needed . Would definitely come back .
