We are a family in a road trip from Colorado. We stayed here two nights and had a great experience. The pools were amazing and our son loved the water slide. The breakfast was great and the staff were always helpful and happy to help.

The water park closes at 7:00pm and kids our were extremely board after 7:00pm. The room patio was dirty and had cigarette butts and only one chair and had caution tape on the fence. The carpet in the living room was filthy. The hotel has construction being done so we woke up every morning to the sound of generators and construction work being done it was also our main view. The staff was amazing and were extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed here several times in the past but it has changed and not for the better.

Room was wonderful though could have used more towel hooks. Property was nice and the water park was very enjoyable

Grandkids loved the pool.

I felt like the room was a dungeon. I was on the first floor and the patio faced the courtyard so you couldn't have the drapes open and the front door with the other window faced the other courtyard so I couldn't have that drapes open because people would be looking in the room. So the whole time the drapes were closed, and the room was very dark and depressing. Also a lot of construction going on at the site.

The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the lazy river. Everything was nice.

The resort was heavily under construction, there was no parking, food readily available, the tennis courts were torn out, and the TV kept going out all night.

The rooms were nice and spacious. We had 2 rooms, one was super cool stayed about 73 the other felt very hot, temp wouldn’t go below 77 which is very uncomfortable. The pool/ lazy river was not great. Lazy river barely moves, the whole area just looked extremely unkept and over crowded. The tubs were gross, the mini golf course looked trashed. The worst part is everything closed so early. On a Sunday the pool area closed at 8pm and on weekdays a 7pm which just seems outrageous for a resort. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Would not return

Very nice expansive pool with lazy river and food/bar services. The rooms were updated. There was construction going on so looks like improvements are in progress. We walked into first room and there was a slight amount of throw- up on the floor. They moved us. Room was nice but air conditioning couldn’t catch up. Never got under 75 degrees. Pool only stays open until 8pm on the weekend. The 1 bar was open until 10pm. Went for a drink at 9pm and was told they were closing soon. Was pressured to leave and staff was more interested in closing than customer service. Future improvements look promising. Not a place I would choose to spend an anniversary again. Decent property for a family get together. Usually really enjoy Hilton properties but this one missed the mark for us.

We completely enjoyed our family stay-cation! The room was very nice, large, remodeled, and spotless. The water park was fun and also clean. Food from the restaurant at the water park was good with big portions and was appropriately priced for poolside food delivery at a resort. Housekeeping services were great and they also brought us extra pillows and blankets quickly when we requested. We couldn't have asked for anything to be better.

The main reason we chose the hotel turned out to be the biggest disappointment. The water park hours were not very accommodating. It would have been nice to have an actual pool and even nicer to have an hour (or 2) for adult time. The staff were not very friendly or knowledgeable. No lifeguards to keep the riff raff down and kids on tubes in the lazy river. There weren’t even enough tubes. We went to a local store and bought our own. The putt putt golf was in the water park area so that could not even be enjoyed outside of the park hours. The parking was horrible! We drove around the lot numerous times only to get barked at when we finally chose a spot in the lot near their spa. That lot was completely empty but they wouldn’t allow us to park there and it was a foot desk staff member that allowed us to self park in valet. Glad we tried something new but will stay with our usual next time.
