The staff's friend and helpful. Good environment

Property covered in cigarettes and trash. Breakfast wrapped plastic bagel no cream cheese waffle machine broken. Everyone very friendly just dirty

There is trash all over the property. Cigarette butts in the pot plants around the pool - as well as other trash. Mowing lawns at 06:15(AM), so you don't get to lie in. They don't order in enough food for breakfast on a Monday. There were no knives available for our entire stay. Try spreading butter or jelly or syrup with a spoon or a fork. They refused to deal with our noisy neighbours. The dryers don't work, nor does the computer for guests in the lobby. Then one of the restrooms in the lobby was out-of-order. The yogurt machine was also broken. Information sheet in room states hot buffet breakfast - but what was on offer was anything but hot. Spend more for a better experience. The biggest problem is that staff don't care.

Good location easy to get too No clean towels at pool had to ask 3 times to get clean ones for the room. There is a heat lamp bulb in the bathroom light ran out of toilet paper had to ask for more we was there for 6 nights no one ever cleaned the room WiFi sucked so bad!

The staff was nice and I could bring my dog. I saw no evidence of bugs. The location was hard to get in and out of when it was a high traffic time. I had to switch rooms because my TV and other things did not work. The phones in the rooms don't work, which is concerning for emergencies. The TV channels do not align with their list. The Wifi, at least in my room, was so slow I couldn't use my computer for web browsing. My first room said that they provide certain supplies, but when I went to the office and asked for them I was looked at weird and told they don't supply those. There were stains/marks on the floor. In the second room the tub in the shower had a ton of peeling plaster. I have my hair dyed and did not feel comfortable showering due to the fear of dying the shower. Also, the light in the bathroom is hot. You turn it on and it instantly feels like you are a lizard in a cage. The beds are hard. Not firm hard, but actually hard. They only have enough give as if there is a mattress topper, but no more. There are only 2 wall plugs and 1 plug in each lamp beside the bed. You have to unplug lights to get more. This is frustrating since the lighting is already really bad and for when you're there for 5 days and have a CPAP and other supplies you need at night. There is an AC wall unit and a thermostat. You HAVE to turn both down ridiculously to get the room tolerable. I was here in July. I would be nervous what it would be like in August. I had brought a high powered pedestal fan with me. It was the only way the room got bearable. There are only 2 ice machines on location, so if your room is in the wrong place you have a long walk. My fridge in the first room was fine, but in the second room it was barely cold and had no freezer drawer.

The rooms and the layout There was nothing to dislike

My stay was awful my toilet kept over flowing and the toilet paper handle was rusty and the sheets had blood stains I told staff they said someone would be there in a hour to fix it no one ever came staff was rude never helped only charged me more than what we had aggreed on or said we could just leave I am requesting a full refund

The staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂

Pool was dirty. No available pool towels due to washing machine being broken. Toilet seat was broken in our room. I did notify front desk, came back to room at end of day, toilet seat was not fixed. But everything else was good.

Hey, I'm a real person who took a risk on this inexpensive stay, since it was just me. The property was not perfect, but completely liveable and comfortable. Not a sketchy area, no weirdos. The room I got had new fixtures, was actually clean, bed was comfy, water was hot and the a/c was icy. All I could have hoped for. Will gladly stay here again.

Room did not have a latch to lock the door, floor in the room was very dirty and had dead bugs on it. The maintenance men fixing a room were very creepy while we were at the pool. Bathroom is very rundown and dirty.
-
Room 133 could use a little TLC. Handle for faucet on sink very lose and came off. Grout could use little work. There were few used Napkins or towels under the bed. Otherwise, decent stay for our quick trip.

Not hot water in the room.

This is definitely one of the nicer places to stay in Phoenix. Haven't had any issues at all! It's very refreshing. Keep up the good work

The room is clean enough to sleep in for a night. The pool is not swimmable but the spa. don't expect too much for breakfast. they are out of coffee at 8am. They only serve toast, waffles, bagels, biscuits and cereals.

Comfy and good vibes had a good experience

We paid extra for breakfast however, after day 1 there was no coffee, no bananas, no cream cheese for bagels. They told us day 2 shipment was coming but by Friday day 5 nothing had changed.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was wonderful. Clean rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff. Whoever took this hotel over has ruined it. Lousy breakfast; ran out of coffee for 3 days; took 3 days to get our room cleaned after repeatedly asking. Will never stay here again. It’s a shame because it was a great place.
