SureStay InnSuites Phoenix Hotel & Suites by Best Western

Really enjoyed my stay only really sleep there got in late and left early so really didn’t get to enjoy the hotel but will stay again easy access to highway and fun

99% of the staff was really cool. They would not ake a big deal let's say for instance if you lost your key

First room, 117, had filthy floors and dying AC (86 degrees and never got cooler). Was switched to another room, 107. Much cooler with comfortable bed. However, I discovered too late (my bad for not looking) that there were no towels and had to dry off with the bath mat. Water only got lukewarm. This place used to do happy hour and serve warm breakfast. Those days are gone.

I enjoyed the night staff forgot the guys name but very helpful and a cool guy. Answered all my questions and overall rooms were clean and great place to stay

Breakfast was fine. It was quiet. The faucet was broke on the sink and there was a layer coming off in the tub. The pool was not clean and the lobby smelt like smoke.

Nice quiet location that is lacking a little bit on property maintenance. The room was in good shape just outside that was lacking.

Excellent everything

I was there for a week and housekeeping only came once. The tub was peeling and I wore shower shoes in shower. Some of the lamps did not work

It'd be great if the breakfast came with eggs and sausage. There was an employee who did not brew the coffee well during our stay. She said it would be ready once it brews and that it would take 2 min. Hot water was the only thing that came out of the machine after waiting a while. We couldn't wait.

The air conditioning was adequate for this Arizona heat. The beds were not locked so when I sat down on the bed it would roll away. I just left it against the wall after the first night. I was told by a staff member that I would be placed near the front close to the lobby after the first day. When I went to change rooms I was put in a room on the first floor in front of the pet area. It was filthy. Also the hotel offered wifi but I was not able to get adequate service on my phone or laptop. I checked out early and moved to a different hotel.

The pool was nice and the rooms were very accommodating and clean. A very comfortable stay. The hot tub wasn't working. The breakfast didn't have any eggs or sausage or bacon.
