Clean room. Nice office staff

The rooms were extremely quiet. There was a boys little league team staying there during our stay and on our same floor. We barely heard them in the hallway and never once they were in their rooms. Soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in large quantities. Dishes and cleaning supplies provided for kitchenette. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good also. Eggs, meat, potatoes daily. Plus staples such as cereal, waffle makers, etc. would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night. The room was clean, staff professional & helpful. The breakfast had several options and was good. If ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and in a nice area. It wasn’t the hotels fault, but there was a huge group of softball players that took over the lobby and outdoor areas and they were not very neat and it just caused a lot of mess in common areas. When we tried to go to the pool it was closed for 3 hours for maintenance, so we had to skip. The fire alarms also were set off in the morning. None of this was really the hotels fault, but caused a few issues for us.

Good Location,facilities

Everything was convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly upon arrival and departure. The only downside was that the outlets in the bedroom were not working and the power pad neither. The outlet in dining area also didn’t work. I didn’t bother to call the front desk since I had other options.

Parking and nearby restaurants were convenient. Cleaning conditions were less than optimal and my room had odor which thought to be came from AC, when I turned it off, then the room smell like urine.

Welcoming staff at front desk, clean room, great breakfast, conveniently located to our event.

i wish they had complimentary breakfast. For such price range and hotel class we would expect that. Was a bit surprised when checked in

The pool was nice and we liked breakfast Ants. Ants infested our luggage and it was super gross. Had to discard. Some ants made it into our car and my kids were terrified in our 13-hour drive home! Ants made the experience AWFUL. Increase extermination services!!!!

The TV selection of channels wasn't that good and we lost the TV due to the storms so we weren't really impressed with that. We had nothing to do while it was raining. Also I enjoyed having the exercise equipment but the room wasn't that big. These two things would not stop us from staying there again, but they were a little disappointing.
