Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks

There was a party in the ‘bar area’ and some morons choose to take all the handicapped spots and all but one diamond spot. As a result I wound up parking significantly further away. As my wife was walking to the front door her walker caught on an uneven spot and she fell, scraping her left knee. Luckily a NYC firefighter was available to help get her up. This occurred around 9:00 last night

Was a pleasant stay.

They overbooked and moved us to a one bedroom suite. Which normally would be great but we lost the 2 beds for one

Did not remove down bedding from room as requested in reservation and also didn't have a working Kerig in room. They did not replace as I requested.

Pool and hot tub were not clean. Couldn't see the bottom of either.
