Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks

Check-in and out process was very quick and easy. Staff is very helpful. Room was very clean and well stocked. Only complaint about the room was how low the toilet is. We are older and almost fell trying to get on the throne!

Exceptional

The only real complaint I have is it takes forever to get breakfast in the cafe and the food isn't that great. Also, the hours the cafe stays open are a bit early and too short for my tastes. I am not much of a morning person, so getting down to the cafe before it closed at 8:30 AM was a bit of a struggle.

Little bit of noise from trucks on the highway. I didn't even notice but the other half mentioned it. Plenty in walking distance though crossing the street can be a bit harry. About 10-15min walk to expo center.

I had a really great stay. I checked out of another hotel and spoke to someone in the phone who said I could add that night, too. It was 1am & I was exhausted & felt disgusting from another hotel. When I arrived, Brian, was next level accommodating & kind. He completely changed my horrible evening to a pleasant experience. The room was cold, clean & quiet. I felt like I could relax, finally. The staff I passed in the halls were also kind, as well as the gentleman & ladies at the front desk. I stayed 4 nights & felt safe & welcomed. The bed was comfortable & the shower had excellent water pressure. I would define recommend this hotel. I didn’t have a vehicle, so restaurants & Target being in walking distance (& safe) was a bonus! Thanks to all who made me feel at home. I will definitely be back!

The was a small issue with the toilet not flushing well, and the air conditioner had leaking from condensation. We told the staff the day of our departure and repairs will be made. The compensated us with points towards our next stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and looked so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing we didn't like was that we left a pair of swim trunks and live too far away to come back for them.

Our room was clean though it smelled weird. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar and kitchen were closed on Sunday, that was a bummer. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The AC was excellent.

All around great place to stay. It is our go to hotel when in town for the car show.
