Howard Johnson Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Pico Rivera

Me and my lil family went to stay here and we had our 2 service animals with us and we bearly walked into the room to get settled and the owner came up yelling saying no dogs allowed and when we told him we had our paperwork for the dogs he still refused and was very rude him and his wife. We I had to involve the police because they didn't want to refund our money. We chose this hotel because it said pet friendly but they said no but they can't refuse service animals and they still did. I would not recommend this hotel at all they are very very rude especially the wife.

Located in a decent area with a good amount of parking. The room was a little rough, but you get what you pay for. Was disappointed that on here it says breakfast but when we went down it was breakfast bars and juice. Would’ve been nice to know that’s all there was.

No ice in the ice machine was dirty also the floor in our room was dirty I figure they do not sweep and mop after a guest.i asked about the TV to watch a movie channel the addented told my husband that all rooms are diffrent.?? I asked for a extra towel i got questioned why ??. The night addented was rude when asked a question.the morning attended was rude also told me I half to leave the ice bucket back in the room that he was not going to take it if I leave it with him.whts I half to no way to be with a guest that's wht we pay for to be comfortable. And tgeir breakfast is only coffee orange juice for tea and a octane honey bar I asked why only that she replied because that all their is the owner changed it .its a beautiful place but need new attendeds.

Had to continually ask for another hand towel and washcloth. 2 people in the room and 2 bath towels but only one set of hand towels and washcloth. Pool was clean and nice. Not very quiet.

Great place. The only thing was the water didn’t get hot only was luke warm.

The free breakfast is toast, tiny muffins, orange juice and coffee. Less than a snack. NOT breakfast.

It was a great location

The property needs a lot of maintenance in their rooms. Need more air conditioning areas. Sheets were stained need more attention over all.

El sitio se presentaba como Howard Johnson, por lo cual tiene un relativo renombre. Llegamos a la propiedad por la tarde/noche y en el parquing habia dos grupos de personas bebiendo en el parking. El parking y los corredores y pasillos de la propiedad estaban muy sucios, con papeleras rebozadas de basura alrededor. Habia cucarachas en el exterior de las habitaciones. En la habitacion habia varias baldosas flojas en el piso, el extractor de aire del baño muy sucio y hasta luces en la habitacion que solo eran un foco sin cubierta ni embellecedor. El desayuno es solo simbolico, escaso, eramos 6 personas y el cafe no alcanzo y los muffins tampoco. Una experiencia mala, sobre todo porque el nombre de la cadena queda mal por cosas como esta. El check out fue tan despreciable como el check in, sin interes, sin simpatia, simplemente tenian intencion de que nos fuesemos rapido. Una experiencia lamentable.

Decent for its price.clean room.extended after check out it 20$. Parking lot is pretty big. Pool is small.

The stay was excellent the rooms were super clean super nice totally convenient for what we wanted to do highly recommend if you're in the area

Property was very clean, clean rooms, comfortable bed. The breakfast was not satisfying. Just juice, coffee toast, mini muffins.

Was expecting more being a Howard Johnson name brand. Breakfast was okay. One person handling front desk, breakfast area and probably other guest request.

Well the customer service was good ! But the breakfast was bad just coffee and bread , juice and apples . they just to have oranges , yogurt, jelly and scrambled eggs no anymore !

all clean and tidy. would like to have had coffee and maker in room.
