Would like better mattress spring

This hotel you have to pay $2 for there shampoo. I thought that was free. It there brand and it a tiny bottle.

Clean, the door locks and the AC worked perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of great food options within walking distance. Close to freeways. When I come by myself on a business trip, this place is my go-to.

Comfortable stay

Motel 6 delivers exactly what you expect for a budget stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was fast and friendly. It is a great, no-frills option if you just need a reliable place to sleep for the night.However, keep in mind that amenities are very minimal. It would be a huge improvement if they provided basic courtesy shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, as only small bars of soap were available. Make sure to pack your own toiletries when you stay here. Overall, it is an excellent value for the price, and I would stay again.

Unfortunately, this stay was different. There was an unpleasant odor in the room that persisted throughout my visit. It seemed like the smell may have been coming from the air conditioning unit. It was disappointing because it took away from an otherwise comfortable stay.

For less than $100.00 bucks, it's pretty worth the stay if you ask me..

No communication on requests through the app. FYI, this hotel does not include shampoo! We've been in worse motels that include this basic necessity. We rang the front door 3 X & called the front desk 4 X with no answer.

Our room was spotless and had lovely views. The staff were very friendly; both the receptionist and the housekeeper were very attentive to everything. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants... We will definitely be back!

We arrived about 45 minutes before the check-in “cutoff” time. I had even called ahead and was told the office was open 24 hours. When we got there, nobody was available to check us in, and no one answered the office. We ended up waiting almost an hour trying to figure out what was going on. Another couple arrived shortly after us and had the exact same problem. Thankfully Expedia was able to relocate us to another location. Leaving guests stranded in the middle of the night with no staff available is unacceptable. We won’t be staying at this location again.

Location was convenient, plenty of shopping stores, and lots of eating places near by...! Great!

Room was clean for the most part but we did see a roach in the bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was surprisingly nice. However I will ask for a room on the second floor if I ever have to stay again. Our upstairs neighbors were up all night pacing, dragging the chair on the floor and talking loudly and I got very little sleep because of it. Not the motels fault but something to take note of when requesting a room.

Very clean and modern Hugo was very polite and nice was able to sleep in no noise at night great are will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Los Angeles

The maid lied and said I left my dog in my room when I did not I take my dog everywhere I go. I asked the manager to verify that I took my dog by checking the cameras and he refused
