The place was clean and organized overall the whole atmosphere was good.

The biggest issue, however, was the woman running the place. She wasn't honoring the rate that booking.com quoted me. They said 70 she said 80. Fine, discrepancies happen, no big deal. What the hell was with the constant sneering and scowling, the staring daggers at me while I was waiting on the phone trying to get in touch with booking.com to find out what to do? He treated me like I was trying to get out of paying for the room which obviously wasn't at all what was happening, I'm a customer. But I did have to call them to report the issue and find out what to do about it. After a while she pretty rudely walked away as if this was just beneath her and she wasn't going to wait on me and she left her younger assistant to do the waiting. Not surprisingly; the solution was simple. These kinds of issues usually are. Booking called the property, they discussed the difference in price, then booking called me back and said to submit the bank statement and they would reimburse me the difference. Fine great, everybody wins right? Nope, she clearly felt this was her victory. I went out of my way to try to be nice and smooth things over, but the entire time she was sneering at me and the girl next to me, chuckling derisively, essentially laughing at me. I got the impression she was at least making the implication that I was too poor or too cheap. I'm sure she's going to make a snarky finger pointing reply to this review, at least I wouldn't be surprised. It will just further underline the kind of person she is and how she treats her customers. I wish her and her business good luck and good fortune.

Area was decently clean small items like plastic switches and fitted pieces were broken or loose, smell was decent and staff was ok
