On top of the fantastic service, the location couldn't be more convenient for me. It’s situated right near all the spots I regularly need to visit in the area, saving me so much travel time. If you're looking for a comfortable, reliable, and well-located place to stay in Whittier, you simply can't go wrong here.

Basic cleanliness and hygiene should be a minimum standard for any hotel, and this experience fell far below that standard. We expected a clean, comfortable room and were very unhappy with the condition of the accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to its cleanliness and housekeeping standards. At least parking was free…

The property looks like it went through a remodel, but it seems like they hired whoever offered the cheapest rate. The furniture is outdated, and worst of all, we had unwanted guests in our bathroom — the place is infested with roaches. If they were going to remodel, they should have tented or fumigated first.

The property in person was NOTHING like the one portrayed in the ad! Dirty front door(inside and out). Charged $25 for EARLY check in becuz the desk clerk said it wasn't till 3pm when the ad clearly stated check in was at 2pm! We arrived at 130p and were willing to wait till 2pm. Anyways, another clerk refunded the $25 after we complained. There was a cockroach in the bathroom!!! That convinced us to never stay there again!
