Lambert Inn

Everything was four star, from the room to the check in, I highly recommend staying at the Lambert Inn.

It was really great staying there

The staff was not helpful, our bed was not comfortable and the sheets were stained, and there were cockroachs in the bathtub.

Stay somewhere else if you can. I will never stay here again.

Very dirty, tv did not work, no “24 hour” front desk service, there is only one person at the front desk, and he is extremely rude. Most of the time he is sleeping, and when guests need something he makes guests wait a long time, and then it takes forever for him to fix the problem whichever this may be.

Maintenance staff was excellent. Management staff was discourteous and board line rude. I decided to leave one day early and management would not honor this early departure and barked very rudely that " there are no refunds" I was forced to pay for the full day even though I departed a full day early. I

Extremely convenient. Got us into our room fast. Had a problem with the TV. They came up and helped fix it

I liked that since I had reserved the room online, the rude guy had to let me stay. He hates white people and anyone who rides a scooter. Rudest guy I have ever encountered working in customer service. The rude guy would not even let me pay for another day. He just said checkout. And when I asked him if I may ask what I did, he said checkout again. Such a jerk should not be in customer service. I did nothing wrong

the man in the office was really rude!! I wouldn't stay there again!!

Overall okay. Bed was hard.

Everything, looks like they did not changed the sheets we found a lighter in between the sheets the jacuzzi was so dirty

When i reserved my room i requested first level due to a surgery knee i just had and they send me to the third level i did'not like this

The location is only thing I liked Roaches!! The front desk guy was rude rude rude. I booked on booking. Com and the 2nd night I also booked on booking. Com he put a thing on my door so I couldn't get in he was upset I didn't pay him directly and booked on here instead needless to say he refused me the 3rd night. Which was awful as my older son was visiting and this guy was rude. It's for the better the room was filthy roaches everywhere
