Paradise Inn

Had everything booked once go check in it said my room wasn’t available no more after argument. Finally got a room with a single bed that when I wanted two queens horrible horrible

Staff were the best. On Friday i locked myself out of the bathroom, and the guy at the front desk took a screwdriver and opened it for me. Then, on Sunday morning, I had issues with the bathroom and toilet. I notified the guy at the front again, and he made sure to get a plumber (he called multiple plumbers until he could get one to come). The plumber pulled out a TON of wet wipes (from a previous guest). I had to go, but the guy assured me everything would be cleaned up for me on my return (and to note, not once did he assume it was me or was he upset at me, he remained very calm and helpful). Parking was always available for me, and they were always respectful in letting me know where I can and can’t park! Great rooms, amazing staff, affordable (very, especially since the LACC was only 20 minutes away). 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got there after 6pm front desk lady told me room wasn't available that they were cleaning it, they made me wait is was really upsetting because check it in was at 2pm. I had asked for a downstairs room because of my mom she can walk well they don't me they didn't had a downstairs room only upstairs. customer service was horrible won't stay here ever again.

I liked how spacious the room was , the WiFi and how convenient it was to access although it is loud at night especially with people who arrive late at night but overall great experience

I have stayed here several times, & I always look forward to coming back here again.. They have clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds,large screen cable TV's, mini fridge & microwave, friendly staff, & free parking

I had the most wonderful time here at the Paradise Inn Motel, and you will to. They have the best staff in they sre are so nice snd accommodating. They have great amenities; clean rooms, comfortable beds, ice machine, large TV, and a fridge and microwave.

Nice rooms. Clean and simple. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave were clean and working. Not the quietest location, but street noise easily covered by the air conditioner.

Waited a while for someone to come to the front desk to check in. The front desk attendant was annoyed because she claimed she was praying. Room was not made daily.

It was very clean and had a great HD television. There was also a mini fridge and the staff was helpful and patient. The water did take a while to get hot,and I noticed some stains on the floor and behind the front door, nothing too serious. Also I think the building is in need of a repipe because the water was a tad stained, when it first flowed out of the bathtub, but that is very common with older building in Los Angeles because a lot of them used cast iron piping. The water was crystal clean after a few seconds. The parking was great ,a little tight, and the wifi was responsive. All in all I could say it's the best lodging I've had in a while.
