Best Star Inn - LA Commerce Casino, Citadel & I-5

What I like is the cleanliness of the place and the rooms very comfortable. What I missed were clean towels, as there were no towels in the bathroom only one with dirty spots. However, as soon as I requested a clean towel to the office was brought to me in a matter of minutes. Thank you,

Clean room, friendly staff. Same as others in area. A bit noisy being so close to the i5 but would stay there again

First when we arrived we got upgraded to better sweet, when we got in the room it was nice and clean the staff was very kind and when we check out they give us our refund back. If I’m ever back in Monte Bello I’ll stay in this hotel.

It was dirty a little disgusting animals like spiders, can’t take a shower because there’s no clean towels, ok was 2 old dirty ones

The hotel is under renovation when I stayed for 3 days so there are a lot of noise and also given that the hotel is right next to a busy highway and the 5 fwy. The room is clean, comfy bed,

Stayed in a newly remodeled room staff was cool parking was tight but no biggie and the price was great I'll be a repeat customer

Have stayed here before I am so pleasantly surprised with the updates done to the facility. Everything looked so beautiful and aesthetic. Our stay was great and would recommend to anyone. Will be booking here again.

I book on Orbitz I check in early and they over charged me for the room property was under construction and early in the morning construction noise ridiculous! I ask to check one hour after and they didn’t accommodate me over all they take advantage of you as far extra charging I don’t recommend this place

Good clean hotel. Currently getting some upgrades done. So a bit of dust outdoors, with the remodeling that has been done the dust goes unnoticed.. we got citadel outlets and casino with in walking distance. I would highly recommend 👌
