The evening staff only gave my roommate one key to the room even though I reserved it under two occupants. He lied to my roommate he will give me the key when I checked in but when I did checked in, he told me only one key is allowed for each room. This is ridiculous I traveled about once a month never encountered this. Fortunately the morning staff gave me Abe extra key. Room is cleaned and comfortable. They actually have an elevator which was nice. Common area is rundown and not too cleaned. Room is fairly noisy but with ear plug would be fine.

We stood in a room next to the stairs, people were very noisy. The stair door needs some sort of thing to make it not slam every time it gets closed. It was good but not the quiest.

I love this place

This was a very pleasant stay. My room as clean, and comfortable. The front and staff were friendly and welcoming. The property is also situated close to the popular coffee shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you

When I was browsing through the hotels I seen many nice ones. This one in particular attracted me because the shower/bath looked really nice and comfortable. I booked a night just to have a relaxing day. The picture that I seen was nothing like the room I got. It was completely false advertisement and idk if that’s from Expedia or the hotel. Then the room that I got was okay although it was nothing like the picture (which was the reason I booked) the shower had mold. I went downstairs to let the front desk know and they just switched rooms .. a bit neater but the shower was still old. I don’t think I’ll ever be staying at this hotel again

Buena ubicación, solo le falta limpieza, las sábanas sucias y la cortina del baño tenía mal olor, les falta poner más atención a la limpieza

It was overall a very nice stay. Very quiet. Adequate parking and clean spacious room. Only downside was the key card was malfunctioning but we got a new one within seconds from the staff and the electricity went out for about 30 mins the morning we were to check out because of the storm but that was out of their hands. Would absolutely stay again.
