The room was clean, parking was pretty good and the ac worked great

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but definitely a good bang for the buck. Room was quiet and clean and had everything I needed without paying for all the fluff stuff that I don’t use. Bed was comfortable and good shower. This is a return hotel for me. Unless they raise the rates. lol.

The elevator was broken. The staff kicked me out for having too many visitors. I have no car and I’ve been temporarily displaced, so of course I’m going to have my rides, family, friends, and loved ones momentarily over to that I can get on with my day. To make it more messed up. I spent my last $55 dollars, which was for food and necessities on an early check in. Not only did they not give it back, it takes 7-10 business days to refund the money.

The size of the bed. The was a refrigerator and microwave. It was cheap. But I know, when you buy cheap you should expect cheap results. Elevator was out of order, unregulated after midnight parking lot noise. Could not connect to the TV s streaming apps, room felt cold. The entry door was open at bottom for insects/rodents to get in. Had to seal it with a towel. No coffee maker. Extremely low budget packets of shampoo and conditioner. Bath towels felt like bed sheets.

Clean room.my request to change rooms was granted without hesitation. The pool was clean. The Peole are nice.

There was nice restaurants nearby. The noises in the parking lot.

I have stayed at this location every time I visit the area and have always been happy with it but this time when we got to our room which was late and we were exhausted, we went to the room where the bed wasn’t even made and it stunk … walked into the bathroom and there was an ant infestation with them coming out of the shower head and the wall around the faucets. I went to the front desk and they wanted to see it so we went back to the room, they sprayed the entire bathroom with Raid and told me it would be fine now … choking on fumes I requested to be moved, the front desk clerk said he would see what he could do. After 20 mins of standing outside waiting I went back to the front desk where I was met by a different man. He told me all the rooms have that problem so moving me wouldn’t matter. I found that hard to believe and asked to see another room as I was not going to stay in the room infested with ants and now suffocating with bug spray…he refused and told me they wouldn’t bite me, to just deal with it…I told him I paid for a clean room and he needed to make it right, that the fumes alone were reason not to return to the room. I expressed that I didn’t blame them, because he seemed to take it personally but I wanted to be moved. He began to yell and say derogatory things and as he got more and more irate, nothing I said seemed to work to calm him or reason with him. I felt unsafe, he ripped the key from my hand and told me to leave and refused a refund.

Deben trabajar en las condiciones delas habitaciones he pagado por una noche y solo logré estar 3 horas por mucho ruido ,limpieza entre otras cosas mas .
