In the end, I loved the room given to me, neighbors were respectful and at night it was quiet. I personally did not mind the broken mirror, it was a nice hotel for my week trip visiting family. I will book again! Staff cleaned my room anytime I came back. :)

Clean, spacious when we first checked in the hot tub seemed to be turned off from inside and wasn’t working staff helped fast and got it working pool was warm and nice it says here pool closes at 6 but it people still use it I wish I would’ve known before hand but still very nice place

Clean room good to stay the night

We immediately brought the issue to management and tried our best to find a reasonable solution. We were told that ants were “normal” and “not dangerous,” and that they could simply spray chemicals. We were also told that someone sanitizes the property every 15 days. Regardless of whether the ants are considered dangerous, we did not feel that having ants around a jacuzzi was sanitary or acceptable for a hotel room. We ultimately left after approximately an hour and a half because we were uncomfortable staying or using the room. Management would not provide a full refund and offered only a 15% refund, stating that their policy did not allow them to do more. We also contacted Expedia, and their representative was understanding and actually contacted the hotel on our behalf. Unfortunately, Expedia was unable to obtain a full refund because the hotel was the party holding the charge and was unwilling to approve it. I understand that unexpected issues can happen at hotels, but what was most disappointing was the response.
