Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel

Very clean room and breakfast included was a nice addition. The only thing that was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom. There was no fan. Other than that, everything else was great.

We stay here every year when attending anime expo. Good location close to restaurants and a Walmart. Breakfast and free parking. Staff is always friendly. Has a nice large lounge area with tv so we were able to watch the World Cup as well

Breakfast & parking

fitness Centre was adequate and welcome to get in a strength and cardio session. The breakfast buffet was simple but filling. When we arrived the carpet had a wet spot. Gym equipment could do with an upgrade. The location is not ideal and we had to drive a distance to get to some of the more central spots in LA.

My daughter and I planned a trip to LA, this location seemed like a good choice based on activities we had planned. We pulled up to the hotel to find a burned down building and the location was pretty rough, very industrial, which we just didn't know any better, so could have done more research. We felt unsafe at the idea of coming and going several times a day, so we asked to choose a different best western and the staff was not at all amenable. We were forced to pay one night even though we did not stay there. We like Best Westerns so we did find one in a more suitable neighborhood, that we felt more safe in. I think they should warn people that there is a problem on the property, had I known there was a burned building 20 feet from the hotel entrance we would have made a different choice.

The front desk staff had some racial-type remarks during conversation, and the tv lobby was set to load in Spanish.

Clean and safe Not enough parking

The man who checked me in, Oscar, was very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the atmosphere very much, as there were many people from many nationalities staying there for the World Cup The only thing that we did not find to be excellent was the bed. My wife and granddaughter did not find it very comfortable.

Quiet room,despite location near a freeway. Very nice variety of food at the complimentary breakfast. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom, and the toilet’s bowl was not clean under the rim in our room.

It was comfortable!! It’s 2 hours from the beach if that’s one of your plans!

Okay where to start ? This hotel surprised me! I usually would get what some consider a “nicer hotel” but wanted to be a little more cost conscious. Anyways first time checking in was so smooth and easy . I was accommodated with a room upgrade ( I needed 2 beds not 1) which was so nice and relieving. They have great breakfast options and attentive staff . Clean hotel and awesome parking. Plus fridges and microwaves !! A small handle under the sink was loose .

For a night it’s oks The a/c of the room wasn’t working well, the pillows very uncomfortable to sleep

Parking is free for those arriving by car. The rooms are spacious, airy, and clean, and—most importantly—John, the manager, was very attentive.
