Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was great, and I was especially happy that parking was available at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also really appreciated being able to check in online before leaving for my trip. When I arrived, all I had to do was give my name, and my key card was ready. The whole process was quick and easy, which made my arrival even more convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The property is fine , there was a spider on the , I communicated the receptionist about , she say the manager will contact me , no body has contacted me about the situation.

Liked the breakfast options and free parking, the room itself was pleasant and we slept comfortably...appreciated the complimentary waters up front, the hotel cat is adorable. The first night, I noticed this stain on my sheets, we had room service come the next morning as they were supposed to replace everything and clean the room. When we returned to the hotel that evening, I specifically pulled the covers up to the spot where the stain was (on what should have been the previous sheets), just to notice it was STILL there, which indicated to me that they DID NOT change the sheets like they were supposed to. They remade the bed to make it LOOK like they were replaced which was just straight up disgusting and deceitful. This was a seriously horrible discovery, because it made me wonder how often these people ACTUALLY change the sheets in the rooms?? Like hello??? I had to go down there myself and get brand new sheets for the night and change them myself. I was LIVID. My mother and I ended up talking to the manager the next day and she apologized, but her demeanor was very dismissive. Talking to her felt like she was just checking boxes off on the things she was SUPPOSED to say instead of really CARING and showing empathy. To expose that your staff doesn't REALLY clean their sheets should have been shocking and given immediate attention. But it seemed like she was just trying to say anything to get us out of her face. Even after the issue with the sheets the manager acted like she couldn't have cared less, didn't even check in with us to make sure everything was to our liking after exposing such an unfortunate discovery.
